Hearing Held in UK Parliament: Taking Action to Stop Live Organ Harvesting

On April 29, 2013, a special hearing on live organ harvesting was held in the UK parliament. It was organized by Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) and was held to expose live organ harvesting crimes occurring in China and to discuss the international society’s efforts to develop legal procedures to prevent this crime. -

Ireland: Press Conference Held in Dublin to Support Illegally Detained Falun Gong Practitioner in China

The Ireland Falun Dafa Association held a press conference on June 20, 2012 outside the Chinese Embassy in Ireland, strongly urging the authorities in Weihai, Shandong Province, and the Weihai Jing District Public Security Bureau, to immediately release illegally-detained Falun Gong practitioner, Gu Qing’ai. The daughter of Gu Qing’ai, Cui Tianzeng, currently lives in Dublin. -

An open press conference was held by Shen Yun's local presenter in front of the National Theatre of Opera and Ballet, in Chisinau, the capital of Moldova on the evening of May 25, 2010. The forum was hosted by Eva Selin Lindgren, Swedish Parliament member and vice chair of WILPF. Austria: Practitioners Expose the CCP's Ten-year Persecution of Falun Gong

The head of the Austrian Falun Dafa Association called on all media outlets to focus on the CCP's persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. It has been 10 years since the CCP started suppressing Falun Gong. The representative stated, "It has been verified that at least 3,200 Falun Gong practitioners have been tortured to death in China by the CCP." -

European Parliament Holds Hearing to Condemn Persecution of Falun Gong

One reason for holding the hearing was that ten years ago in April, Falun Gong, a popular qigong practised by tens of millions of people in China caught the attention of the authorities. The brutal persecution of Falun Gong later started. At least three thousand practitioners have died from torture and abuse and tens of thousands have been imprisoned.
