Ms. Wang Yufang Tortured to Death at Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp in Changchun, Jilin Province
2007-02-09Ms. Wang Yufang, 53 years old, was arrested on August 9th, 2005, and her home was ransacked. She was taken to Changliu Detention Centre in Tonghua City and sentenced to three years of forced labour. She suffered cruel torture and brutal torment at Heizuizi Women's Forced Labour Camp in Changchun and was harmed physically and mentally. Ms. Wang could not eat or walk and was bedridden. She was close to death when she returned home. Her family took her to the Central Hospital. She was diagnosed with bile duct cancer and passed away on January 25th, 2007. -
Practitioner Mr. Chen Donglin of Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, Tortured in Hongze Lake Prison
2007-02-09Practitioner Mr. Chen was sent to Hongze Lake Prison, where the prison had established tactics to "transform" practitioners. They first of all studied an imprisoned practitioner's background and then asked former practitioners, who turned against Falun Gong under brainwashing and torture (collaborators) to go to the practitioner's home to pretend to comfort his family members. The whole process was videotaped and then shown to the practitioner involved, in an attempt to "transform" that practitioner by taking advantage of his affection for his family. Then they ordered the collaborators to force the practitioner to watch slanderous DVD programes and share their "understandings." -
Practitioner Mr. Mo Yongbing from Sichuan Province, Detained in Yongchuan Prison
2007-02-09In 2002, police officers broke into 60-year-old Mr. Mo Yongbing’s house and ransacked it. At that time, Mr. Mo did not feel well and was lying in bed. Wang Kaisheng ordered him to go to the police station with him. Two other officers then carried Mr. Mo out and pushed him into the police car. They took him to the detention centre. Wang Kaisheng ransacked Mr. Mo’s house and found 600 yuan in a book. At that time, only Mr. Mo’s wife was at home. She has been paralysed for many years and depended on her husband to take care of her. She lived under extreme torment. Three days later, she died. The police let Mr. Mo go home only after his wife had died. -
Crimes against Practitioners in Jiamusi Prison in Heilongjiang Province
2007-02-09When practitioners go on hunger strikes to protest against the persecution, the authorities force-feed them. On a hunger strike for half a month, added to the inhumane torture and brutal force feeding, practitioner Liu Junhua became very weak. His oesophagus was injured by the plastic tube inserted down his throat and he developed a dry cough and vomited blood. A guard even said, "If you do not insert it properly take it out and insert it again." With a plastic tube inserted down his oesophagus into his stomach for more than ten days, his oesophagus was damaged, and Liu was in a lot of pain. He was on the brink of death and could not be force fed anymore. -
Current Situation of Some Practitioners in Jidong Prison (Hebei Province)
2007-02-09The prison officials use many brutal methods to torture practitioners in order to try to make them renounce Falun Gong, such as shocking them with electric batons, forcing them to stay under the burning sun, beating them, and putting them in solitary confinement in cells without sunshine for several months. They have ordered the criminal inmates to surround and beat practitioners and threatened to beat them to death. Some practitioners were deprived of sleep for a long period of time. They also invited people who gave up the practice of Falun Gong to come to the prison to help force the practitioners to give up their beliefs. -

2007-02-08"I once lost my memory due to the brutal persecution I endured. I was arrested at home and forcibly taken into detention. I was brutally beaten while my arms were handcuffed behind my back and my head was covered by a thick blanket. Officer Xu forced powdered red pepper into my nose, eyes and mouth. Officer Guo inserted two lit cigarettes into my nostrils. They shocked me with electric batons and repeatedly kicked me with heavy boots. Report on the Unjust Trial of Mr. Ye Zhenghui and Mr. Mao Dexing Held at Mishan Court in Heilongjiang Province
2007-02-08On January 12th, 2007, Mishan City Court held an unjust trial of two Falun Dafa practitioners, Mr. Ye Zhenghui and Mao Dexing. When the judge asked Mr. Ye Zhenghui if the public prosecutor’s statement was true, Mr. Ye replied that Jixi City National Protection Team agents had extorted a confession from him via torture. They had beaten him by putting an electric baton into his mouth and shocking him, and shocking his genital areas and other sensitive areas with electric batons. The presiding judge interrupted him crudely and asked why he insisted on practising. The presiding judge had been breaking the law during his executing the law, and he declared that Mr. Ye Zhenghui was guilty. -
Ruthless Persecution by 610 Office and Police in Weihai, Shandong Province

Because I practise Falun Gong, I have been arrested, and my home has been ransacked numerous times by officials from the Weihai 610 Office, the Weihai Zhudao Police Station, and the Weihai Huangguan Police Station. I have been detained, fined and sentenced to forced labour, and the authorities tried to brainwash me. Policemen cruelly tortured me, and I have suffered mental and physical harm, bringing irretrievable losses to my family. -
Mr. Wang Xiaoping Tortured in Ganshan Psychiatric Hospital in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province
2007-02-08In October 2005, officials arrested Mr. Wang Xiaoping and detained him in the Ganshan Psychiatric Hospital in Luzhou City, where Mr. Wang was forcibly given drugs and injections designed to treat psychiatric patients. In addition, Mr. Wang was forced to pay two or three thousand yuan per month for this so-called treatment. The cost has reached tens of thousands of yuan by now. The torture has devastated Mr. Wang's physical and mental health. -
Tianshui Prison in Gansu Province Utilises Criminals to Persecute Practitioners
2007-02-08Tianshui Prison in Gansu Province utilises criminal convicts to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners. Practitioner Mr. Liu Zhirong, who was imprisoned in the First Prison District, was often severely beaten by inmates. Criminal inmates bound his arms and legs before they went to work and stuck him under a bed. Then they released him when they returned from work. Mr. Liu has been tortured to death, and his body bears a wound under one ear caused by beating. -
Nanjing Women's Prison Coerces Dafa Practitioners' Family Members to Sign "Contracts" Justifying Their Persecution
2007-02-07In order to persecute Falun Dafa practitioners, the Nanjing Women's Prison coerced their family members into signing "helping and educating" contracts. When the guards tortured practitioners, they would say, "It's your family members who have entrusted us to educate you." The guards especially like to shock the practitioners with electric batons until they fall unconscious. Some practitioners have become partially disabled as a result. Some have developed limps, and others have developed a hunchback and cannot walk normally. -
Recent Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners by the Wanjia Forced Labour Camp in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province
2007-02-07On December 16th, 2006, twelve Falun Gong practitioners were sent to the intensive training team at the Wanjia Forced Labour Camp in Harbin City. Four of them were forced to sit on the "iron chair" that day and were tortured, and the other eight were hung up by their handcuffs, beaten, and shocked with electric devices on the afternoon of the following day, all because they refused to write the "three statements" promising to give up Falun Gong. Practitioners were also shocked on their mouths with electric devices for shouting "Falun Dafa is good!" In order to assist in the persecution, the nurses and doctors in the forced labour camp worked overtime, and more guards were dispatched to provide support. -
The Criminal Actions of Those Who Persecute Falun Dafa Practitioners in Taiyuan City and Shanxi Province
2007-02-07Lu Ping, political director of Xindian Woman's Forced Labour Camp of Shanxi Province is the main person responsible for persecuting practitioners in the woman’s forced labour comp. Prison guards Liu Zhongmei, Leihongzhen, Meng Hao, and Chen Chunxiang are the most vicious in torturing practitioners. Liu Zhongmei even shouted out, "Our task is to torture you to death." -
Exposing the Malicious Deeds of the Railroad Police in Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province
2007-02-07Ever since Jiang Zemin's regime started persecuting Falun Gong on July 20th, 1999, the Railway Police Station authorities in Mudanjiang City have done everything possible to try to stop practitioners from going to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong. The police even put Teacher Li Hongzhi's, [the founder of Falun Dafa] pictures on the ground next to the entrance to the platform, asking passengers to step on them before boarding. They arrested those who refused to step on the pictures. The railway police arrested and imprisoned practitioners many times in the Mudanjiang area. -
List of Practitioners from Shanghai Who Died Due to Torture or Other Persecution Means
2007-02-07It's been eight years since the persecution began. The 610 Office in Shanghai has ordered the Procuratorate, judicial and legal institutes, the military, police, special agents, news media, psychiatric hospitals, local Chinese Communist Party (CCP) organisations, and residential commissions to participate in persecuting Falun Gong practitioners. More than 30 practitioners in Shanghai have died as a result of persecution; numerous practitioners have been tortured and left physically disabled, suffered mental collapse, deteriorated mental health, job loss, and many have had no choice but to leave their homes. Their families have also suffered tremendous physical and mental anguish, as well as economic hardship.
