  • Belgium: Practitioners Hold Activities Outside the Chinese Consulate to Mourn for Liu Chenjun

    On January the 2nd, Belgian Falun Gong practitioners went to the Chinese consulate to protest against the atrocities committed by the Jiang regime against Falun Gong practitioners, and to mourn the death of Changchun practitioner Liu Chengjun, who was brutally persecuted to death several days ago.
  • UK: Promoting Falun Gong Before Christmas

    A few tourists from Mainland China took pictures of practitioners when they saw the Falun Gong exercise demonstration. One western practitioner gave them a leaflet and told of his experiences and the benefits he received from practising Falun Gong. The Chinese tourists nodded and said that they also knew Dafa is good, but they did not know what to do about the situation in China.
  • Germany: Activities to Rescue Xiong Wei in Chamer City

    December 2003 saw Xiong Wei spend a second birthday in Beijing Xinan labour camp. Practitioners in Chamer and the surrounding cities held a series of rescue activities to let more people know about Xiong Wei’s situation and learn the brutal facts of the persecution of Falun Gong by Jiang’s regime.
  • Ireland: Clarifying the Facts to Christmas Shoppers in Dublin

    Over the past five years, practitioners have handed out tens of thousands of copies of Dafa materials. Practitioners have also talked with thousands of passersby. The lawsuits filed against Jiang worldwide and the ongoing efforts to bring Jiang to justice in people's hearts, and in a court of law have also been emphasised and brought to people's attention.
  • Greece: Introducing Falun Dafa in Athens

    Over the Christmas holidays, a few practitioners from Scandinavia travelled to Athens in Greece to help the Falun Gong practitioners there introduce Falun Dafa to the locals. Many people stopped to watch the demonstration and took flyers as well as learned more about Falun Gong. People also learned more about the persecution taking place in China.
  • Russia Dafa Practitioners Participate in the "2003 Sarov Symposium"

    On December the 10th 2003, International human rights day, the annual “Sarov Symposium” was held in St. Petersburg. Human rights organisations, city congressmen and the media attended the symposium. Representatives of the Russian Falun Dafa Association were also invited to attend and to give a report about Falun Dafa. After learning the facts, those in attendance were “deeply shocked”.
  • Germany: Practitioners Hold an Information Day in Tübingen City

    This was the third time that Falun Gong practitioners had come to this city to hold information days. There was a obvious difference between this activity and the first two in that many people came to the booth out of their own initiative to learn the facts about the persecution and to sign their names to the petition form entitled “Bring Jiang to Justice”. Many people also enquired about the place and time for learning the Falun Gong exercises.
  • Belgium: Dafa Practitioners Appeal Outside the Chinese Embassy for Jiang Zemin to be Brought to Justice

    On December the 16th, Dafa practitioners in Belgium held a peaceful appeal in front of the Chinese Embassy to call for a public trial of Jiang Zemin, the main culprit in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. In July 1999, Jiang issued orders to mobilise the Chinese state resources to suppress and persecute Falun Gong.
  • Greece: Introducing Falun Dafa and Clarifying the Facts at the Finnish Embassy in Athens

    Over the Christmas holidays, Falun Gong practitioners from Finland and Sweden visited Athens in Greece to introduce Falun Gong to the Greek people, and to let people know about the enormous abuses of human rights that are taking place against Falun Gong practitioners in China.
  • Germany: Dafa Practitioners Hold a Series of Information Day Activities in Hamburg

    Practitioners took this opportunity to help the Chinese tourists learn about something they may never hear about in Mainland China due to the tight information blockade: many lawsuits have been filed around the world against Jiang Zemin and other cheif persecutors of Falun Gong. Practitioners particularly focused on the lawsuit that was recently filed in Germany charging Jiang with crimes of Genocide, Torture and Crimes Against Humanity.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Hold their First Information Day in Cuxhaven

    On the first weekend of the Christmas holidays, Dafa practitioners from Bremen and Hamburg held their first information day at Cuxhaven. The purpose of the activity was to clarify the facts to people and to secure the rescue of practitioners in China, such as Xiong Wei.
  • Germany: Peacefully Appealing In Front of the Chinese Consulate in on Xiong Wei’s Birthday

    On the 8th of December 2003, Hamburg’s Falun Gong practitioners arrived at the Chinese consulate today to peacefully protest for Xiong Wei’s release. She was a Berlin Industrial University student who was arrested for handing out leaflets about Falun Gong and the facts about the persecution on a street in Beijing.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Activities on World Human Rights Day in Darmstadt

    On the 10th of December, which is World Human Rights Day, Falun Gong practitioners from Germany held activities in Darmstadt. The activities lasted from late afternoon until the early evening and focused on telling people in Darmstadt about the lawsuit against Jiang Zemin in Germany.
  • Sweden: Promoting Falun Gong and Clarifying the Facts in Uddevalla

    At the time of the activities, there were a lot of people doing their Christmas shopping so many Falun Gong practitioners walked around the city centre to distribute leaflets about Falun Gong and the persecution in China. Practitioners also collected petition signatures. Many people showed an interest in the activities and practitioners distributed a lot of information.
  • Ireland: Clarifying the Facts Outside the Irish Immigration Office

    When demonstrating the excercises outside the Irish Immigration Office, practitioners left people with a good impression of Falun Gong. Many passers-by took leaflets and expressed their support; others learned about the two Chinese students ( Feng Liu and Fang Yang) from the information boards that practitioners had displayed.
