On May 26, practitioners held their weekly Falun Gong Information Day activity next to the Acropolis Museum in Athens, the capital of Greece. The practitioners set up display boards to inform passers by about the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) brutal persecution, and at the same time, they handed out flyers and demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises. -

A Finnish lady said, “I signed the petition to support (Falun Gong) in the summer. I'm often concerned about your news. Please remember that I've always supported you! I hope everything goes well for you!” A group of Chinese tourists passed by. After viewing the displays, one of them walked up to a practitioner, saying, “We are on your side.” -
Turkey: People Learn to Practise Falun Gong at Information Day Activity in Istanbul

Since April, Falun Gong practitioners have held Information Day activities on Sundays in different places in Istanbul. Over the Chinese New Year, practitioners in Spain held a rally at Plaza Mayor in Madrid, calling for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong in China, and supporting the tens of millions of Chinese people who have quit the CCP. Throughout the rally, many people signed the petition calling for an end to the persecution. -

Finland: A Peaceful Booth Amidst Joyful and Lively Celebration

Practitioners in Finland participated in a celebration in Käpylä, a small village in Helsinki, on May 20, 2012. Three people performed exercises beside the table, and a 2-metre-high display board introducing Falun Gong stood on the other side of the table. Many people watched the exercise demonstration and were drawn by its peacefulness. -

A huge banner reading “Falun Dafa” was hung up high in a conspicuous place where all the tourists on ships, passersby in the streets, drivers on the flyover, and passengers in the subway could see it. -

Czech Republic: A Falun Gong Practitioner Raises Awareness about the Persecution in Local Schools

A Falun Dafa practitioner recently conducted a series of talks at local schools in the Czech Republic. He spoke to teenagers and their teachers about Falun Dafa cultivation practice and the brutal persecution happening in mainland China. The talks were held for pupils in grades 6 to 9 in the public schools, i.e. students aged 13 to 15 years old. -

Finland: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong in Downtown Helsinki

On March 17, 2012, Falun Gong practitioners held activities in Helsinki. A lot of passersby learned about the cruel persecution happening in China by reading the leaflets and the contents of the display panels. Many of them expressed concern and sympathy for Falun Gong and praised practitioners’ efforts to end the persecution.
