They exposed the brutal persecution to the public and called for it to end. At night, they held a candlelight vigil in memory of those who were tortured to death during the persecution. -

Many people talked to practitioners and learned about the persecution. They condemned the Communist Party's brutality and expressed support for the practitioners. Many of them signed the petitions. -
Denmark: The Eleventh Anniversary of the April 25th Peaceful Appeal
2010-05-01On April 25, 2010, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in front of the Chinese Embassy in Denmark, commemorating the eleventh anniversary of the April 25 peaceful appeal and protesting the cruel persecution of those who practice the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. In the afternoon, they went to Copenhagen City Hall Square. -
Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Commemorate "4.25" at Chinese Consulates in Different Cities
2010-05-01On April 23, 2010, Frankfurt practitioners went to the Chinese Consulate. They held up banners reading "Falun Dafa" and "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance" and demonstrated the exercises. Two Chinese students learned the facts about the persecution and decided to withdraw from the Communist Youth League, an organisation of the Chinese Communist Party. -
Ireland: Protest at the Chinese Embassy in Dublin
2010-04-07On Saturday 27th March, Falun Gong practitioners from Ireland were joined by practitioners from UK to peacefully protest outside the Chinese Embassy in Dublin. A poster board informed passers by about the human rights abuses that are inflicted on Falun Gong practitioners in China by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). -
France: Rally to Support Seventy Million People Quitting the Chinese Communist Party
2010-04-06On March 28, 2010, the French Global Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) held a rally at Human Rights Square (Esplanade des Droits de l'Homme) at Palais de Chaillot in Paris. The rally called on people from around the world to support the seventy million brave Chinese people who have chosen to quit the CCP and its affiliated organisations. -
Germany: Rally Protests Hong Kong Government Interference with Shen Yun Performing Arts Show
2010-02-20On February 4, 2010, a rally was held in Dortmund to strongly protest the Hong Kong Government's interference with the Shen Yun show. The rally also supported the march in Hong Kong with the theme, "Protect Shen Yun - Protect Hong Kong," which was held with hopes that Shen Yun Performing Arts would come back to Hong Kong as soon as possible. -
France: Publicising the Lawsuit Against High Ranking CCP Officials
2010-02-15In January 2010, the French Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) held several events to support the lawsuits in Spain and Argentina against five high-ranking CCP officials responsible for the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China. These events were held in Chinatown, at the Eiffel Tower and on Human Right Square in Paris. -
Denmark: Peaceful Activities during the United Nations Climate Change Conference 2009
2010-02-08Outside the conference centre in the chilly wind, Falun Gong practitioners from different countries in northern Europe practised the exercises. They hung up banners and appealed to the conference participants to stop the Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong. Their peaceful event moved the onlookers. -
France: Exposing CCP Interference in Shen Yun Performances Worldwide
2010-02-07Members of the Light of Asia Society - one of the organisers of Shen Yun Performing Arts shows in France, held an event at noon on January 29, 2010, near the Chinese Embassy in Paris, to publicly expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) interference with Shen Yun shows around the world. Upon learning of the situation, passersby condemned the CCP's actions. -
Germany: Protesting the CCP's Interference with Shen Yun Performances in Hong Kong
2010-02-06In Munich, Falun Gong practitioners protested peacefully in front of the Chinese Consulate on January 24. Shen Yun Performing Arts was scheduled to give seven shows in Hong Kong, but three days before their departure, the Hong Kong immigration department informed the hosting organisation that they refused to issue visas to six essential production staff members. -
United Kingdom: Protesting in front of Chinese Embassy over Sabotage of Shen Yun Performance
2010-01-30Falun Gong practitioners in London held a rally in front of the Chinese Embassy on January 23 and January 25, 2010 respectively, protesting the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for pressuring the Hong Kong government to sabotage the Shen Yun performance in Hong Kong. Practitioners in Scotland held a similar protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Edinburgh on January 24. -

The protest was to condemn the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) for forcing the cancellation of seven sold-out Shen Yun Performing Arts shows in Hong Kong due to start on 27th January. -
