Germany: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong at the World's Largest Book Fair
2013-11-29On October 9-13, 2013, Falun Gong practitioners in Germany participated in the 65 th annual "Frankfurter Buchmesse" (Frankfurt Book Fair), the largest book and media fair in the world. Around 7,500 exhibitors from over 110 countries took part in the event, which was held at the Frankfurt Exhibition Centre and was attended by over 275,000 visitors. -

2013-06-18Helsinki hosted Finland's annual World Village Festival in Kaisaniemi Park and Railway Square on May 26 and 26. The popular event, which started back in 1995, attracted over 85,000 visitors. Ethnic groups from around the world met to exchange cultural views as well as music, food, dance, theatre and art. The event promoted healthy living and an active lifestyle.
