Sources indicate that at around 8 p.m., as several hundred thousand watched regular network programming, suddenly eight channels that were broadcasting movies, news and financial shows changed to Falun Gong truth-clarifying programming. Shots of the founder of Falun Gong and scenes of group practice by practitioners all over the world unexpectedly appeared in front of many Mainland television viewers.
