On August 25th, 2007 Falun Gong practitioners held activities at the Moscow business centre to expose the Chinese communist regime’s persecution against Falun Gong practitioners during the past eight years.
The banner deployed by Falun Gong practitioners attracted a lot of people as they came out of the subway station. Among them were staff members of the Duma (equivalent to the lower house of parliament), professors from the Russian Academy of Sciences, college students and retired elders. They had never heard about the persecution of Falun Gong. After viewing the banner and flyers, most of them expressed their outrage about the Chinese communist regime’s brutal persecution against compassionate people. They signed their names to support the practitioners’ appeal against the persecution.
After seeing practitioners' banners that read “Stop the Persecution against Falun Gong Practitioners Immediately” and “Cover-up of the Crimes Committed by the Chinese Regime Is Threatening the Future of Russia”, a young couple want to know more details about the persecution.

Some practitioners also distributed material on Kutuzov Avenue nearby where a lot more tourists and cars were encountered. Most people accepted the material happily. Some of the drivers even pulled over their cars and came toward practitioners to take material, especially DVDs.
The activities lasted for about an hour. As usual, three policemen on duty came to our activity. Practitioners talked to them about the persecution and give them pamphlets. The senior police officer signed his name to support Falun Gong.
