Germany: "The Show Reflects The Current Reality in China"

At 8:00 p.m. on February 13th, 2008, the first show of Divine Performing Arts in Europe was held in Theater am Marientor in the city of Duisburg, Germany. The performance drew repeated warm applause.

During intermission, business owner Dieter Röhlen said that he felt the performance was very good, and interesting. The historical stories, beautiful costumes and wonderful dancing made him feel relaxed. He thought the best performance was "The Risen Lotus Flower," about Falun Gong practitioners. He said that the theme reflected the current reality and that it was meaningful.

Graphic designer Reinhold Neumann, who has his own design studio, said many of the programs were awesome, but the most touching for him was the program, "The Power of Awareness," because it addressed the issue of human rights artistically.

He said, "This show reflected the reality of China. As westerners, we know something is happening in China, but we don't know details. How serious are these issues and what can we do?"

Mr. She from Tianjin, China felt the performance was wonderful. He said, "I feel that one sentence in the lyrics of Soprano Jiang Min's song 'Singing for You' exposed the evil nature of the Communist Party. It is very good."

He said that Chinese Communist Party's persecution of Falun Gong is very brutal. This is well known.

Mr. She has been in Germany for three and a half years. He was an enterprise employee. He attended the performance after being invited by his friend.
