Germany: Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong and Expose the CCP’s Persecution before China Week

On September 6th, before China Week was held in Hamburg, Falun Gong practitioners held an information day in Spitalestrasse to introduce Falun Gong and expose the CCP’s nine year long persecution of Falun Gong in China.

Spitalestrasse is located at the rear exit of the general railway station and across the business area of Hamburg. There were many passers-by and tourists. Several large banners introducing Falun Gong and exposing the persecution were hung on the wall of the information booth. Re-enactments of the CCP’s organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners were set up beside the booth. Seeing such scenes, many passers-by stopped to express their concern.

An elderly German gentleman expressed his sympathy after hearing that Falun Gong practitioners are persecuted for their belief in China and asked in a hurry, “How can we help them?” Later, he wished practitioners success in their campaign.

A middle aged man stopped in front of the information desk. When a practitioner told him about the CCP’s organ harvesting from live Falun Gong practitioners, the man exclaimed loudly, “Too horrible!” He signed the petition immediately to call for an end to the persecution.  

A group of students viewed the scenes and accepted the flyers. They also listened attentively to a practitioner’s explanation. Some students signed the petition after hearing the facts.
