Ms. Wang Baoyu, from Jinshantun District, Yichun County, Heilongjiang Province, who worked in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, was arrested by two police officers from Yichun County at approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 16th. She is currently being held in Jinshantun District. Her dormitory room was also ransacked.
Ms. Wang's husband, Mr. Qin Yueming, was sentenced to prison in 2002. He is currently being detained in Jiamusi Prison. Ms. Wang was forced to work outside of her hometown, and her two daughters are now homeless.
Ms. Wang recently returned to her hometown to apply for an identification card for work. She was discovered by Qin Handong and other officers from the local 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong). They went to ransack her house, which at the time was rented to someone named Liu. After being notified that Ms. Wang had left for Harbin Province, police from Jinshantun went there and arrested her.
