After Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Ren Suying from Jianchangying Township, Yuanbaoshan District, Chifeng, Inner Mongolia was arrested at Wengniute Banner on April 18th, several practitioners were arrested by the Yuanbaoshan District Domestic Security Division, as well as Domestic Security Divisions from surrounding areas. Officials are now attempting to sentence the practitioners. Wang Heran, Feng Xiaohu, and Zhang Zhigang from the Domestic Security Division have committed crimes against many kind people.
After Ms. Ren Suying was arrested at Wengniute Banner, perpetrators from the Yuanbaoshan District Domestic Security Division instigated local police officers to assist Liu Caijun from the Domestic Security Division to ransack Ms. Ren's house. They broke into Ren Suying's house at 7:00 a.m. on April 19th. After not finding anything they were looking for, they took an empty box with them to use as "evidence" against Ms. Ren.
On May 12th, four practitioners, including Yang Guizhi, a teacher from Minzu Middle School at Yuanbaoshan District, her sister Yang Guihua, Yu Shulin, and his wife Ren Suxiang from Jianchangying Township in Yuanbaoshan District went to Wengniute Banner, where Ren Suying was being persecuted, to request her release. At that time, Ren Suying had been on hunger strike to protest the persecution for close to a month. Liu Caijun, head of Wengniute Banner Domestic Security Division, arrested the practitioners. Along with perpetrators from Yuanbaoshan District Domestic Security Division, they then ransacked the practitioners' homes and took their personal belongings. They also arrested Yang Guizhi's daughter and threatened her for four hours. Ms. Yang Guizhi's husband could not handle the stress and nearly collapsed. The two daughters miss their mother and are worried about her safety.
After Yu Shulin and his wife Ren Suxiang were arrested, their family suffered tremendously.
Several perpetrators, including Zhang Zhigang from the Domestic Security Division in Yuanbaoshan District, and several officers from Xilutian Police Station arrested practitioner Zhao Lou from Xilutian Miner, Yuanbaoshan District at 11:00 a.m. on May 26th. They ransacked the home and took personal property, including computers. They also arrested Zhao Lou's husband and did not release him until 1:00 p.m. that day. Ms. Zhao has been arrested multiple times by the district Domestic Security Division. Because she went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong, she was arrested by Domestic Security Division officers, led by Liu Weimin, in October 2000. She was later sent to Tumuji Forced Labour Camp.
Perpetrators from Kalaqin Domestic Security Division and Yuanbaoshan Police Department arrested practitioner Ms. Yang Cuiling, from Shanqian Township, on June 13th. Ms. Yang has been arrested multiple times by officers from the Domestic Security Division in Yuanbaoshan District. In 2001, she was sentenced to two years in a forced labour camp. She once had to leave her home to avoid the persecution. She is still being detained at Jinshan Detention Centre at Kalaqin Banner.
Yang Guizhi, a teacher from Minzu Middle School in Yuanbaoshan District, Yu Shulin, and his wife Ren Suxiang from Jianchangying Township, Yuanbaoshan District are about to be sentenced.
No families are allowed to visit their relatives being held by the Domestic Security Division of Yuanbaoshan District and the 610 Office (an organisation of special agents just for persecuting Falun Gong). Ms. Zhao Lou from Xilutian Miner is also being detained at the Yuanbaoshan District Detention Centre.
Practititoner Yang Guihua and Ren Suying are being held at the Wengniute Banner Detention Centre.
