The Falun Dafa Club at UT Austin held a Falun Gong introductory lecture in The Texas Union (student activity center) from 4 to 6 PM on October 10, 2002. Several western practitioners participated in this activity.
The lecture started with a brief introduction of Falun Gong and its principle "Truth-Compassion-Tolerance," then the practitioners taught the exercises. The university students all agreed that the exercises were easy to learn. Later, the organizer played truth-clarifying video programs to let the students learn the truth about the evil persecution. The students could hardly believe Jiang's regime could brutally persecute the practitioners like this. They also expressed their support to stop the persecution.
