2007-06-27A western Falun Gong practitioner said that the practitioners were very pleased to be invited to take part in the day's activity. Because Falun Gong has a close relationship with traditional Chinese culture, they were happy to share with the Australian people the wonderfulness of Falun Dafa, even though the persecution is still happening in China. -
South Korea: Truth-Compassion-Tolerance International Art Exhibition Held in Seoul, the Public Supports Falun Gong
2007-06-26The 37th Korean Truth-Compassion-Tolerance International Art Exhibition was held in Gwangjin-gu Culture Museum in Seoul from June 11th to 15th, 2007. All artists are Falun Gong practitioners, but from different backgrounds. Through their art they hope to help more people learn about the persecution of Falun Gong in China. -
United States: St. Louis Practitioners Awarded in Ballwin's Day Parade
2007-06-26Ballwin is located southwest of St. Louis and has a population of over 31,000. On June 23rd, 2007, the annual Ballwin's Day Parade was held. Falun Gong practitioners participated in the parade for the second time and caught the attention of spectators. They won second place in the Most Welcome category. -
CIPFG: Countdown - Persecution or Olympic Games?
2007-06-25On May 30th, the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (CIPFG) held a press conference at the Canadian Parliament Hill. In a statement issued at the press conference, CIPFG stated that the Olympics and crimes against humanity cannot coexist in China. CIPFG also made three requests. They said, if satisfactory responses to their requests are not received on or before August 8th, 2007, CIFPG will join all supporters from around the globe to boycott the Olympics. -
