  Shortly before the 10th Anniversary of Hong Kong's being returned to China, a group of Falun Gong practitioners were refused entry to Hong Kong and deported. It was later revealed that Hong Kong Immigration had received a "Black List" and then told Taiwan airline companies to help keep Falun Gong practitioners from flying to Hong Kong for the July holiday.
