Practitioner Mr. Zhao Baoting in Gansu Province and His Family Suffer Severely from the Persecution (Photo)

In December 2003, Zhao Xudong and his mother Bai Jinyu and several practitioners were at home when police broke in their house and arrested them all. In detention Zhao Xudong went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. He was handcuffed and shackled together at the back so Zhao Xudong had to bend his back 90 degrees 24-hours-a-day. Criminal inmates force-fed him every three days with overly salted noodles. The force-feeding often lasted two hours. They inserted a plastic tube from his nose or throat roughly and carelessly. They pierced oesophagus and lungs in the process of the violent force-feedings. Zhao Xudong suffered excruciating pain daily. On February 5th, 2004, the force-feeding started at 5 p.m. and the food still wouldn't go down by 7 p.m. When the guards took him to the hospital, there was no heartbeat. -
Practitioner Ms. Chen Weijun from Heilongjiang Province Dies as a Result of Being Cruelly Tortured 37 Times
2007-06-17On June 3rd, 2007, practitioner Ms. Chen Weijun passed away. She was only 49 years old. At Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison, Ms. Chen suffered cruel torture, such as being hung up, forced to sit for a long time, handcuffed behind her back, put in solitary confinement, and force-fed. She also had the force-feeding tube pulled back and forth after it was inserted and the tube was left in her stomach until it turned mouldy. Her life was many times in great danger. In July 2005, she was diagnosed with end stage cancer of the female reproductive system. She was given no more than three months to live, so she was granted a medical release. On October 17th, however, police arrested her and took her back to Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison. She suffered torture until she could no longer take care of herself. -
The Persecution of Mr. Li Shuwen from Shuangyashan City, Heilongjiang Province
2007-06-17Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Li Shuwen has been persecuted since July 20th, 1999. He was arrested, brutally beaten and tortured, and then served with a warrant for arrest by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials and their agents. Mr. Li was arrested again by the police on February 6th, 2007. At the beginning of March, he was sent to Suihua Forced Labour Camp for one and a half years. Li Shuwen's wife and eleven-year-old son now live a difficult life without any source of income. Their living conditions are terrible and the child has malnutrition and renal failure, with no money for treatment. -
Ms. Zhu Yazhen Becomes Mentally Disordered in Heizuizi Forced Labour Camp in Changchun City, Jilin Province
2007-06-17On April 20th, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhu Yazhen was arrested at her home by State Security Agents and the police. She was later sentenced to 18 months of forced labour and was detained in Heizuizi Labour Camp in Changchun City. After less than a month, she became mentally disordered. On May 23rd, Ms. Zhu's husband and son, as well as other family members, went to visit her, but she could not recognise any of them. Her husband exclaimed to the guards, "She was perfectly fine at home before she was arrested by you! How come you tortured a normal person to this degree?" The guard then said, "She was fine when we accepted her. Maybe the local police shocked her." -
Practitioners Brutally Tortured at the Third Forced Labour Camp in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province
2007-06-17The inmates, taking orders from prison guards, forced practitioners to read slanderous materials, watch videos slandering Falun Dafa and write so-called "experience sharing." The prison guards and inmates would hit and curse practitioners when they refused to comply with their unjust demands. In order to further persecute practitioners, the perpetrators used a brutal torture method called "wrapping dry-rice dumpling." First they roped practitioners' hands behind their backs, then, they tied the rope around their legs, and then they pulled the roped legs upward towards the bound hands. Then they pulled, with great force, practitioners' bound bodies backward and upward, causing excruciating, splitting pain, until the practitioners lost consciousness. -
Practitioners, Even One Crippled by Torture, Arrested and "Tried" in Court in Ningxia Autonomous Region
2007-06-17On June 9th, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Cai Guojun was forced to give a "confession" by National Security Team members and cruel police from Qingxing District Police Department. They beat him, forced him to kneel down, cuffed him from back, and made him sit on "the tiger bench" among other tortures. He was crippled from the torture and persecution. On December 7th, 2006, Cai Guojun and another four practitioners were again seized by the police. Xixia District Court recently held a "hearing" into their case, finding them "guilty". -
After Guarding Ms. Cao Aihua's Body for Seven Months, Her Family Members Are Filled With Grief and Indignation Over Lack of Justice
2007-06-16Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Cao Aihua from Alar City, in the Xinjiang Autonomous Region was sent to the Xinjiang Military Corps Women's Forced Labour Camp and died within 12 days as a result of torture. For nearly seven months her son has guarded her body at a funereal home while her other family members never stopped appealing to all levels of government. The Labour Camp Administration Bureau Head said to the family bluntly, "The investigation result is not to be released to the family members." For all these months, every governmental entity has been shirking responsibility regarding Cao Aihua's death, and harbouring the guilty, and even oppressing and intimidating the family members, causing them great anguish. -
The Savage Persecution of Ms. Tang Tianmin at the Nanmusi Women's Labour Camp in Sichuan Province
2007-06-1652-year-old Ms. Tang Tianmin was taken to Nanmusi Women's Forced Labour Camp because she persisted in practising Falun Dafa. The female head ordered inmates to attack her 24 hours a day and "reform" her through violence. They kept her handcuffed all the time; they let her sleep for only two hours a day. The inmates also beat her on a daily basis at all hours of the day. She was under enormous pressure and could not eat. She vomited anything she put in her mouth. Later, she was not allowed to sleep or use the toilet. Tang Tianmin was forced to relieve herself in her trousers and on the floor. The inmates did not let her change her trousers. -
Practitioner Mr. Wu Yinchang Tortured in Qianjin Prison Near Beijing

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wu Yinchang was a pharmacist at the Xiyuan Hospital affiliated with the Chinese Medicine Research Academy. During the past several years he has suffered from ruthless tortures in detention centres and forced labour camps because of his firm belief in "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance." The persecutors sentenced him to seven years in prison after years of torture in the detention centres and labour camp. Torture resulted in lacerated skin on Mr. Wu's wrists and ankles and bedsores on his hips. -
Ms. Zhou Meihua Arrested and Sent To Masanjia Forced Labour Camp, Her Mother On Verge of Death from Stroke
2007-06-16Dalian City practitioner Ms. Zhou Meihua was arrested in March 2007 for taking part in activities to expose the persecution and was sent to Masanjia Forced Labour Camp, where she was inhumanly tortured. On May 29th, her mother, who is 68, had a stroke and fell down on her way to pick up her grandson from school. This is the second time Ms. Zhou has been sentenced to forced labour. Her mother not only had to take care of her 8-year-old daughter but also her paralysed father. The heavy workload caused her mother's health to deteriorate gradually over time. In addition, this elderly lady suffered mentally from the fact that her daughter was being inhumanly persecuted in the labour camp, and her son and daughter-in-law had to leave home and wander the streets to avoid persecution. -
How Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Deceived and Kidnapped Liang Wenjian And Me
2007-06-16I heard that Liang Wenjian and her husband, Falun Gong practitioners from Guangzhou City Guangdong Province, were arrested at home by the police in February 2007. In March, without any legal procedures, they were sentenced to two years of forced labour. I read reports on the Internet of the speech that the Chinese Embassy gave in England which deceived English politicians. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Liu Qingmei from Shandong Province Savagely Tortured for Her Belief
2007-06-15Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Qingmei is 49 years old. After July 20th, 1999, she went to Beijing many times to appeal for justice for Dafa. She was extorted of money, arrested and her home was ransacked. She was also savagely tortured and nearly killed. Ms. Liu was arrested again on July 13th, 2006 when at home. She was taken to a detention centre where she held a hunger strike. The doctor ordered inmates handcuff her to a metal chair and force-feed her. He left the tube in place and taped a portion of the tube protruding from her mouth to her head. She used her knees to scrape the tube off. Inmate Fu Yuhang re-inserted the tube. He accidentally poked the tube into her trachea and nearly suffocated her. She was handcuffed in the chair for three days, and her hands, legs and feet became badly swollen. -
Villagers Who Support Justice Threatened in Liaoning Province
2007-06-15On May 1st, 2007, Falun Dafa practitioner Jing Yongan was arrested by police because he hung up a banner exposing the persecution in the village. Mr. Jing is now being detained. Villagers from Daolan Village wrote a letter to higher officials to plead for Mr. Jing's release. In response, the Politics and Law Enforcement Office and 610 Office of Kangping County went to the village to "investigate" the case and threatened the villagers for trying to support justice. -
Ms. Liu Dan Detained beyond Her Term at Baimalong Forced Labour Camp in Hunan Province, Her Relatives Arrested for Trying to Visit Her
2007-06-15Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Dan was sentenced to three years of forced labour and is suffering from barbaric torture at Baimalong Forced Labour Camp. In May 2007, her sentence term would have been over; however, Baimalong Camp authorities extended her term because she refused to be "transformed". Her family members went to visit her several times, but were harassed by the labour camp every time. On May 16th, 2007, Liu Dan's mother, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, and another relative went to Baimalong Labour Camp to visit her. As a result, they were arrested and detained in a detention centre. -
The Persecution of Practitioners in Harbin Women's Prison in Heilongjiang Province
2007-06-15Practitioner Ms. Wang Hongzhou was in very good physical and mental health when she was first imprisoned. The day after the torture began, she start vomiting and coughing up blood. She was in a confused mental state, and when around people, she dared not speak. The guards pushed the inmates to monitor practitioners and prevent them from communicating with one another. When practitioners refused to cooperate with these unreasonable conditions, the guards castigated the inmates, stirring up hatred towards Falun Dafa practitioners.
