Persecution Against Ms. Zhang Xiaoli and Her Family in Hebei Province

Ms. Zhang Xiaoli was arrested by Fan Wenzhi, the Chairman of the People's Congress Representative in Donglu Township. In the brainwashing centre, Ms. Zhang refused to be brainwashed and started a hunger strike to protest the persecution. On the third day, Fan Wenzhi sent some people to force-feed her. She was berated and beaten when she refused to cooperate with them during the force-feeding. A month later, when she was in a coma and her life was in danger, Fan Wenzhi still managed to send Ms. Zhang Xiaoli to Bailizhuang Forced Labour Camp in Baoding City and had her sentenced to three years of forced labour. -
Lawless Officials Hide Gao Rongrong's Body; Her Parents Cannot Commemorate their Daughter at First Anniversary of Her Murder (Photos)

Following the murder of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Gao Rongrong from Shenyang City, her family appealed to various government agencies. Her murderers have not yet been brought to justice. Recently, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials hid Gao Rongrong's body and said that officials from the Shenyang City Judicial Bureau must be present when her parents view the body. In the end, her elderly parents did not get to see the body and could not commemorate their beloved daughter on the one-year anniversary of her death. -

My name is Tianxing Wang. I'm three years old. It's been a long time since I last saw mummy. They told me that my mummy left on "June 1st, Children's Day" and went to "a place which is far far away." I miss her very much. My daddy hasn't come to see me for a very long time either. When can they come to see me and play with me again? On June 1st, 2004, Tianxing's mother, Xiaomin Feng died as a result of brutal persecution, at the age of 34. -

Zhao Lan, former deputy director of the Women's Prison of Hunan Province, has eagerly imposed the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) genocidal policy from the inception of her employment in that capacity in 2001. She has actively persecuted Falun Gong practitioners, arrested them, and detained them in prison. Zhao Lan's chief responsibility as deputy director was brainwashing. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang Brutally Persecuted and Taken to the Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp
2006-09-19Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhuang Gangxiang was arrested on February 26th, 2006 and taken to a detention centre. He held a hunger strike to protest the persecution, was brutally force-fed and injected with unknown drugs. While in excruciating pain and beside himself, he swallowed the needle, yet the perpetrators sentenced him to 21 months of forced labour and sent him to the Changlinzi Forced Labour Camp. His family has not seen him until now. -
Mr. Zhang Jieping, 56, Dies as a Result of Persecution at the Baihelin Detention Centre in Chongqing City
2006-09-18On the morning of August 29th, Mr. Zhang's son was called into the detention centre and saw his father at the facility clinic. A nearly unrecognisable Zhang Jieping, all skin and bones, was unable to speak and needed constant infusions. Blood was visible in his urine led out through a tube. On the same day, while wearing shackles around his ankles, he was first sent to the No.1 People's Hospital in Shapingba District for emergency treatment and then transferred to Shapingba District Hospital. Zhang died on the morning of September 5th. -
Middle School Teacher Died Under Persecution After Spreading "Nine Commentaries"
2006-09-18Ms. Huang Boazhen, 61, suffered from hyperthyroidism, high blood pressure, and other illnesses before she started practising Falun Dafa. After she began the practice in 1996, all of her diseases went away. Ms. Huang continued cultivating in Falun Dafa even after the vile CCP began to wildly persecute Falun Gong on July 20th 1999. At the beginning of 2005, Ms. Huang gave copies of the Nine Commentaries to students, and was reported by security guards. She had to leave home to avoid being arrested. Due to the long-term pressure of the persecution, her former diseases returned, and Ms. Huang died on February 1st 2005. -
Persecution in Prisons and Labour Camps in Hebei Province
2006-09-18In October 2000, a group of Falun Dafa practitioners from all parts of Hebei Province were sent to the Kaiping Labour Camp. There was a shortage of cells, so bungalows with brick beds were built in the men’s division, located behind the women's division. A dozen practitioners slept on one large brick bed. We could only sleep on our sides. A wall separates the right side of the bungalow from a large classroom on the left where Falun Gong practitioners are subjected to brainwashing and torture. A solitary confinement cell is in the centre. -
Ms. Zhou Yongping Tortured by the First Division of Changchun Public Security Bureau
2006-09-18My name is Ms. Zhou Yongping. Since I persisted in practising Falun Dafa and following the principles of "Truthfulness, Compassion, Tolerance," I was brutally persecuted by police from the First Division of Changchun Public Security Bureau. They tortured me by making me sit on a Tiger Bench, making me wear only underwear while staying outside, and beating my head as if it were a punching bag. One guard said to me, "If you do not obey us, we will torture you to death. No one knows where this place is and you were secretly arrested. There is a big pit behind this house. After your death, we will bury you in the pit and no one will know about it." -
Female College Student in Guangdong Province Arrested By 610 Office After Three Times in Forced Labour Camp
2006-09-18Falun Gong practitioner Chen Li was a fourth year student in the Fine Arts School of Shantou University, Guangdong Province. She has been sent to a forced labour camp three times since November 1999, and she suffered extremely cruel treatment because she persisted in practising Falun Gong, such as being shocked with electric batons and confined with handcuffs and shackles. Recently, agents from the Zhuhai City 610 Office arrested her again and sent her to the brainwashing centre in Zhanjiang City. -
Ms. Meng Lijun Lost Her Memory Due to a Poisonous Injection
2006-09-18Ms. Meng Lijun has been mistreated multiple times during the persecution of Falun Gong. However, it was during the September 2005 arrest that she was injected with nerve damaging drugs, resulting in her memory loss. Ms. Meng could not remember her past, she could not remember Falun Dafa, and she only cried, "I want to go home! I want to go home!" Ms. Meng's mother felt heartbroken upon seeing that her loving daughter had become so incapacitated. In spite of, or because of, this circumstance, she was made to face her charges for arrest at a trial and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. -
Ms. Liu Liping from Daqing City Is Tortured at Hegang First Detention Centre
2006-09-17On September 7th, 2005, Ms. Liu Liping was arrested by police. They unlawfully detained and tortured her for more than eight months at the Hegang First Detention Centre. The policemen whipped Ms. Liu's feet with bamboo sticks. Her feet were severely swollen. The policemen interrogated her constantly for five days and nights, not letting her sleep. She lost consciousness many times, beaten from head to toe violently. Chief Yang and police officer Zhang Shengjun of the Xiangyang Police Station, spent 2,500 yuan of Ms. Liu's money for their own entertainment. In the meantime, the court is preparing to sentence Ms. Liu. Police arrested her defence lawyer while he was walking on the street. -
A Group of Practitioners I Keep Thinking About
2006-09-17After the evidence of organ-harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners was disclosed to the world, I was reminded of a group of practitioners who were taken to a mental hospital by the police at the end of 1999. There were at least twenty of them from all over the country. Where are they today? How are they? 1n 1999, many Dafa practitioners went to Beijing to speak about the facts of Falun Dafa to the central government leaders. However, agents from the local public security bureau blocked the appeals offices. Very soon thereafter, two buses appeared, and the Falun Gong practitioners were loaded into them, and I was surprised when we were abruptly taken far away and put in jail. Those of us who refused to identify ourselves were detained. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners from Yucheng County, Henan Province Unjustly Arrested
2006-09-17Four practitioners from Henan Province, were arrested by police between August 16th and 18th. They are now being detained at Yucheng County Detention Centre and elsewhere. The police confiscated Falun Dafa books, and leaflets exposing the persecution from over 50 years old practitioner Ms. Wang Jingping's house and arrested her. She is suffering from the police’s brutal persecution. The police not only refused to release Ms. Wang, but also threatened that they would send her to the forced labour camp. -
Three Falun Dafa Practitioners Die Due to Persecution in Liaoning, Gansu, and Jilin Provinces
2006-09-1762-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Cao Fengying went to Beijing twice to appeal, was detained twice in the Jinchang City Drug Rehabilitation Centre, and was later transferred to the Jinchang City Detention Centre. She went on hunger strike to protest the persecution. Her family paid two thousand yuan to bail her out, but police often came to her door to harass and threaten her. She had been forced to put her fingerprint on a guarantee statement promising to stop Falun Gong practice. She died six months later on January 28th, 2004.
