Lawsuit Against the Authorities of the Central Transportation Company of the Shengli Oil Field Management Bureau for Their Extended Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners

Since July 20, 1999, authorities of the Central Transportation Company, have abused their power and ignored the laws while conducting an extended persecution of practitioners. The perpetrators have used illegal methods such as detention, beatings, extortion, harassment, ransacking homes, withholding pay, dismissal from professional positions, limiting personal freedom, forced labour camp sentences, brainwashing, and force-feeding. Their crimes have seriously violated these citizens' basic human rights, restricted their personal freedom, taken away their property and money, and sorely injured them and their families. -
Fearing Exposure, Forced Labour Camp and Prison Officials Refuse to Release Practitioners Who Have Been Persecuted to the Brink of Death
2005-01-04Since the persecution of Falun Dafa began in July 1999, guards and police in China's forced labour camps and prisons have tortured many illegally imprisoned practitioners to the brink of death because they refused to give up their belief in Falun Dafa. They do not release the injured practitioners earlier because they are afraid the practitioners will expose the crimes at the camps and prisons. They often release practitioners just when they are about to die, to prevent the death from being counted in the prison or labour camp statistics. They also hope to hide their evil conduct. This is the typical Communist Party pattern of "untruthful, evil and violent" behaviour. -
Falun Dafa Practitioners Ms Yu Xiuying from Hebei Province and Ms Liang Guirong from Sichuan Province Died as the Result of the Persecution
2005-01-0350 year old Ms. Yu Xiuying from Hebei Province was healed of breast cancer through Falun Dafa practice. However due to intense brainwashing, torture and harassment by police, the cancer that had been in remission came back. Unfortunately she died on November 2, 2004. 36 year old Ms. Liang Guirong lived in Sichuan Province. She went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa in 2000, was arrested in Tiananmen Square and tortured beyond recognition. She died on May 13th 2002. -
Dafa Practitioner Mr. Wei Xu of Gansu Province Has Died as a Result of Persecution
2005-01-03Mr. Wei Xu, 66 years old was detained in a Detox Centre for over a year because of his participation in Falun Gong truth-clarifying activities. As a result of the physical and mental torture he endured, he suffered a recurrence of the severe high blood pressure and leukemia, which had been cured previously by his practice of Falun Gong. Because of frequent harassment from the local police, Mr. Wei's condition worsened and he passed away at the end of October 2004. -
Practitioner Ms Jiang Cuilan Tortured to Near Death in Gaoyang Forced Labour Camp
2005-01-03Ms. Jiang Cuilan, 58, from Hebei Province has been persecuted for the past few years for practising Falun Gong. On October 2004, the police abducted her and took her to the Gaoyang Forced Labour Camp in Baoding City. Continuous torture has emaciated Ms. Jiang and put her life in danger. -
The Brutal Beatings and Torture I Experienced in Dabei Female Prison
2005-01-03“My name is Zhang Wei. I was unjustly sentenced and sent to the Dabei Women's Prison in Shenyang City just because I practise Falun Gong. In the prison, I was subjected to unbelievable physical and mental torment. The prison has become the tool of a brutal dictatorship. When my parents came to visit me I felt sad as they had aged beyond their years due to worry about me. When they noticed how much difficulty I had walking they both cried.” -
Ms. Yang Baozhen of Qian'an Township in Jilin Province Died from Persecution
2005-01-02Ms. Yang Baozhen, 55 years old, was a retired employee of Dabusu Department Store, Qian'an Township, Jilin Province. She was sentenced to a forced labour camp for one year. During her labour camp detention, she showed heart disease symptoms and was released on bail for treatment. Yang was under close surveillance and was harassed after her release. She was forced to leave home and went from place to place to escape further persecution. As a result, Yang suffered greatly physically and mentally and passed away on November the 8th 2004. -
Exposing the Crimes of Zhang Xiaofang, One of the "Top Ten Young Police Officers" in Sichuan Province
2005-01-02Zhang Xiaofang, team leader of the Seventh Team at the Women's Labour Reform Camp in Nanmusi, Sichuan Province, is a quick-tempered 30-year-old woman, and a cruel and merciless person. She was chosen as one of the "Top Ten Young Police Officers" in Sichuan Province for her active participation in the vicious persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners. There have been articles published on the Clearwisdom website exposing her horrible deeds. The following list of crimes and persecution methods further exposes her wrongdoings and reveals the true nature of Zhang's ranking in the "Top Ten Young Police Officers." -
A Family Tragedy: Mr. Bi Wenming is Tortured to Death, His Parents-in-law Die from the Stress of Relentless Persecution
2005-01-01Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Bi Wenming, his father-in-law Huang Zhiyi and his mother-in-law He Chunmei who lived in Longxi County of Gansu Province in China have died as a result of the ongoing persecution against Falun Gong. The guards at Dingxi Prison brutally beat Bi Wenming and repeatably shocked him with electric batons, which directly resulted in his death on the 3rd of September in 2004. At the time of his death his body was covered with scars and bruises. -
Senior Official Mr. Feng Min Died from Persecution
2004-12-30Mr. Feng, who was 75 years old, was an official at the bureau level in Tianjin. Previously he had undergone heart bypass surgery before practising Falun Gong and at that time was in poor health. In 1994, his health greatly improved as he began practising Falun Gong. Shortly afterwards, he eliminated all of his illnesses and saved his organisation hundreds of thousands of yuan worth of medical expenses. He died from police harassment and threats for practising Falun Gong. The exact date of his death is not available. -
Ms. Huang Bing from Dalian City Dies as a result of Persecution
2004-12-30Ms. Huang Bing, 26, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Xudatun Village, Xingtai Town, Pulandian, Dalian City, Liaoning Province. She used to suffer from leukemia, but after she took up the practice of Falun Gong, she completely recovered. She was thrown into Pulandian Detention Center. During her more than one month detention, Ms. Huang was severely tortured. As a result, her nose kept bleeding non-stop. The detention center didn't want to take any responsibility, so they released her. Under the tremendous pressure, Ms. Huang passed away around 9:00 on the night of February the 4th 2004 -
Two Falun Gong Practitioners from Yunnan and Hebei Provinces Persecuted to Death in 1999 and 2002
2004-12-30After Jiang's regime started to persecute Falun Gong on July the 20th 1999, Mr. Chen Jianzhong's workplace and the "6-10 Office" forced him to go through brainwashing many times. On November the 4th 1999, frightened by the intimidation during brainwashing, Chen Jianzhong fell from his chair to the ground. He spit out foam from his mouth and half of his body was paralysed. He was sent to the factory-affiliated hospital for emergency rescue. However, despite the rescue efforts, he died the same night, at the age of 65. -
62-year-old Practitioner Ma Jinfeng from Hebei Province Dies After Years of Abuse and Harassment
2004-12-29Mr. Ma Jinfeng, a 62-year-old from Juyang Township, Sanhe City, Hebei Province, started practising Falun Dafa in November 2000. For the past four years, he has been subjected to repeated persecution. Under this tremendous pressure, he died on September the 20th 2004. The local police still came to his home in an attempt to harass him the day after he died. -
Practitioner Ms. Qi Xueping Passes Away As a Result of Persecution
2004-12-29Ms. Qi Xueping, 48, was a Falun Gong practitioner from Bailing Village in Xiahuai Town, Pingshan County, Hebei Province. In early 2000, Xiao Suilong and other policemen from the Political Security Section of the Pingshan County Police Department arrested her. She was confined in the Pingshan County Detention Center and persecuted. -
Qiqihar City Practitioner Li Huifeng Appeals to Court Regarding Persecution He Experienced
2004-12-29On January 22, 2001, Qiqihar City Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Li Huifeng was taken away by the police. In July 2001, he was charged and sentenced to 12 years in prison by the Jianhua District Court. Mr. Li appealed to a higher court according to the law, but the Qiqihar Mid-level Court went so far as to write in their verdict that Mr. Li accepted the initial ruling and withdrew his appeal.
