On June 27, 2009, a delegation from the Ministry of Science and Technology of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) regime visited the well-known University of Freiburg in Germany. Some Falun Gong practitioners, when hearing of this, went to protest the ten-year long brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP and let more people know about Falun Gong. -
United Kingdom: Falun Gong Well Received at the Brighton and Hove International Festival of Sport

On the afternoon of June 27, 2009, the annual Brighton and Hove International Festival of Sport was held in Preston Park in Brighton, England. The event drew a large number of visitors. Falun Gong practitioners received an invitation to take part in the event, and their exercise demonstration was warmly welcomed. -

At the end of June, in the charming region of Alsace, France, thousands of people from all walks of life and from all over Europe visit the largest European Mineral & Gem show. A large number of visitors accepted the leaflets that were tirelessly distributed by Falun Gong practitioners exposing the human rights abuses waged against Falun Gong in China by the Chinese Communist Party. -
Italy: During G8 Summit, Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the CCP's Torture Methods

On July 8, 2009, practitioners held an event in L'Aquila, Italy to bring the grace of Falun Dafa to more people. They also called on political leaders at the G8 summit to pay attention to the CCP's ten-year-long brutal persecution of Falun Gong. -
Denmark: "Everybody Who Knows the Facts Will Be Against This Inhuman Persecution."

On June 28, 2009, Falun Gong practitioners set up poster boards on City Hall Square in Copenhagen, Denmark, to introduce Falun Gong and expose the persecution of the practice in China. This activity was not new to the local people. Every weekend this group of peaceful individuals practise the Falun Gong exercises in beautiful King's Park. -
Germany: "I Must Study This, It's Such a Good Practice!"

A young German man was drawn in by the practitioners' demonstration of the meditation movements. After learning about Falun Gong, he asked to learn the exercises right away. In a short five minutes, he was able to sit in the proper double lotus position and learned the fifth exercise. After finishing, he said, "Since it is such a good practice, I must continue to learn it." -
Slovakia: CCP's Organ Harvesting Against Falun Gong Exposed during Chinese Leader Visit

On 18th June 2009, Chinese leader Hu Jintao went to Bratislava and there were protests about human rights abuses in China. Several NGOs took part in the protests and many media reported on it. People stopped to watch a re-enactment of the organ harvesting the CCP is perpetrating against Falun Gong practitioners. -
Switzerland: Condemning the Persecution to Oppose Tyranny and for Love of China

On June 20 2009, many people who passed by the middle bridge in Basel, Switzerland noticed the poster exhibition at the foot of the bridge. The posters included photos of Falun Gong group exercises around the world and of practitioners tortured by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Having seen the exhibits, many passersby talked to the practitioners to find out more. -
France: Dafa Practitioners Perform at Paris Musical Festival

On June 21 2009, when a Musical Festival was held in Paris, a band composed of Falun Gong practitioners played beautiful music at the Fountain of the Innocents in Paris' city centre, which attracted many Parisians and tourists from all over the world. -
Finland: Practitioners Protest During CCP Vice Premier's Visit

On the morning of June 26 2009, Falun Gong practitioners held banners opposite the President's Office, protesting the CCP's persecution against Falun Gong. Many practitioners participating in the event had suffered persecution when they were in China, some were personally detained, some practitioners' relatives died as a result of the persecution. -

On Sunday June 14 2009, the annual art festival was held in Glasgow, the largest city in Scotland. It was a beautiful day with bright sunshine. Falun Gong practitioners from Scotland and northern England attended the festival and demonstrated the beauty of Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa). -
Croatia: Peaceful Protest to Stop the Persecution of Falun Gong during Hu Jintao's Visit

Practitioners gathered on Zagreb's main square, handed out flyers and demonstrated the exercises. This peaceful gathering drew a lot of media attention. Most people had never heard about Falun Gong and were shocked to see the images of practitioners being tortured in China. The question on everyone's lips was, "Why are these people tortured?" -
Germany: It is wonderful to have Falun Gong practitioners in the community!

On June 14, 2009, Falun Gong practitioners set up an information stand at a community festival in Lindenau, to introduce Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa), a cultivation practice based on the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Falun Gong practitioners' information stand stood out in the crowd. Many people were attracted by the practice.
