Mr. Ma Zhonghe's Body Thrown Outside Detention Centre (Xinjiang Autonomous Region)

Because Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Ma Zhonghe went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa, he was detained from 2000 to October 2001, in the Changji Forced Labour Camp located in Wujiaqu City. He died of torture while detained in the Kuerle City Detention Centre some time between 2003 and 2005. His body was thrown outside the detention centre's gate, and no one claimed it. -
Mr. Liu Liang from Shandong Province Dies--Possibly Murdered by the Police
2007-06-26On June 5th, 2007, six policemen broke into 24-year-old Mr. Liu Liang's home. They raided the house without showing any documents. Mr. Liu was not at home at the time. On June 6th police continued to watch Mr. Liu's home. On July 7th, a villager discovered the body of Liu Liang in a well and his motorbike nearby. He reported it to the police and three police cars showed up. Many villagers surrounded the scene. The local 610 Office head, Wang Ronghai, went to Mr. Liu's home afterwards. They were trying to cover up their crimes and claimed that Mr. Liu committed suicide because of practising Falun Gong. They knew that they were the criminals and they tried to force Mr. Liu's family to not pursue the case. They told Mr. Liu's family members to come to Zhangying Town Police Station on June 13th to discuss compensation for Mr. Liu's death. -
Three Falun Dafa Practitioners from Liaoning and Shanxi Provinces Persecuted to Death

In 1999, 52-year-old Mr. Zhao Xingquan went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and was arrested and sent to a detention centre for forced "transformation" and brainwashing. He was only released after having 2,000 yuan of so-called "earnest money" extorted from him. In 2000 he was reported for practising Falun Gong, detained again and released after police extorted 1,700 yuan from Zhao's family. Because of the long term mental and physical torture, Zhao Xingquan's physical condition deteriorated, and he passed away on May 28th, 2006. -

The guards ordered inmates to tighten a rope around Zhang Lianying's neck and punch her head when she has nearly suffocated, all in an attempt to make her give up Falun Gong, although Falun Gong had given her a new life. They tightened the rope further while whacking her head until Zhang Lianying suffered a widespread intra-cranial hemorrhage and fell into a coma. She was taken to hospital for emergency treatment and was in critical condition for more than ten days. -

"Huang Lisha, a woman in her thirties from Emei, Sichuan Province was transferred there from a detention centre because she went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution and refused to renounce her belief. Her bed was next to mine. She was given an unknown drug, non-stop, via an IV infusion until she vomited and defecated blood. The day after I was taken to the hospital I heard her screaming in pain all night long. She passed away on the morning of October 17th, 2002. Her body was removed for cremation minutes after her passing." -
Persecution of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Yongchuan Prison, Chongqing City
2007-06-22The authorities of Yongchuan Prison have been persecuting Falun Dafa practitioners for several years using brutal methods. Dafa practitioner Tan Xueli was sent to Yongchuan Prison and persecuted to death in six days. Torture methods used included beatings, sleep deprivation, starvation, forcible brainwashing, forced written "thought reports" daily, and abuse and monitoring by other inmates. They designated criminals to monitor Falun Gong practitioners, promising them a reduction in their sentences in return. Every year Falun Gong practitioners are forced to give blood. Now persecution and forcible brainwashing are still going on in Yongchuan Prison. -
Practitioner Ms. Deng Yulian Dies as a Result of Torture in Baimalong Forced Labour Camp in Hunan Province

The tortures used in Baimalong Forced Labour Camp are cruel. In April 2006, before Ms. Deng Yulian's term in the camp ended, she started coughing, her toes felt numb and cold, she had difficulty walking, her eyesight was blurry, and she lost her sense of taste. Ms. Deng was very healthy before entering the camp. By February 2007, Ms. Deng Yulian was bedridden, could not eat at all, and was deformed beyond recognition. She died on March 12th, 2007. -
Many Suspicions Behind Practitioner Mr. Wang Zhongmin's Cause of Death

In May 2003, police arrested Mr. Wang Zhongmin and sent him to Linghai City Detention Centre. He was immediately sentenced to three years of forced labour. Wang Zhongmin's health was poor as a result of the persecution. Two and a half months later, Wang was abused so badly that he had become skeletal and was barely alive. The police were afraid of taking responsibility for causing his death and released Mr. Wang while extorting 4,000 yuan from his son. Seven days after Mr. Wang went home, a police car knocked him off his bicycle and killed him. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Sui Xueai from Mengyin, Shandong Province, Beaten to Death in 2002
2007-06-20In March 2000, Ms. Sui Xueai collected signatures, along with other practitioners, to protest the persecution. Over one hundred Falun Dafa practitioners and she were deceived into going to the Tanbu Township Government courtyard. Five or six people surrounded each Falun Dafa practitioner and beat them with wooden clubs, whipped them with leather belts, and slammed their heads against the wall by pulling their hair. In January 2002, Ms. Sui Xueai was again taken to the Tanbu Town Government courtyard, and beaten black and blue with a wooden stick, until Sui Xueai was unconscious. After she was released and returned home, Sui Xueai never stood up again. Her abdomen became swollen and she lost her appetite. Three months later, on March 22nd, 2003, she passed away. -
Wang Yuxian from Jinzhou City, Liaoning Province Gained a New Life from Practising Falun Gong but then Dies under Persecution

In August 1992, Ms. Wang Yuxian was diagnosed with mid late-term lymphoma and gave up hope of recovery. She then discovered Falun Gong. Six months later her cancer had disappeared. However, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) sentenced her to three years of forced labour in Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. She was often beaten and had to perform intensive physical labour. Wang Yuxian passed away on April 6th, 2006 at the age of fifty. -
The Persecution of Mr. Wu Baowang from Heilongjiang Province Before Passing Away in 2002

On May 17th, 2002, while Mr. Wu Baowang was detained in the Shuangcheng City No. 2 Detention Centre, he went on a hunger strike so the police force-fed him with concentrated saline solution. The prison doctor did nothing but laugh. Once back in his cell, Wu Baowang bled from the mouth and was in a coma. Within only half an hour, they had tortured him to the brink of death. Mr. Wu went into coma and passed away that same day. -
Details on the Torture and Death of Ms. Dong Cuifang at the Beijing Women's Prison

Ms. Dong Cuifang worked as a doctor at Shunyi District Hospital for Women and Children in Beijing. In 2001 Ms. Dong and her fiancé, Mr. Shen Wenjie were arrested while handing out leaflets exposing the persecution . They were detained at the Shunyi Detention Centre in Beijing. In 2002, Shunyi District Court sentenced them to five years of imprisonment each. On March 11th, 2003, Ms. Dong Cui was transferred to Daxing Women's Prison in Beijing. Eight days later she died at the age of 29 as a result of torture. -
60-Year-Old Mr. Wang Tongwen from Hebei Province Dies as Result of an Unknown Drug Injection
2007-06-18In 2001, police officers injected an unknown drug into Mr. Wang Tongwen's brain, causing him to lose the ability to function in his daily life. Due to damage caused by this drug to his central nervous system, Mr. Wang felt very ill. By 2002, half of his body was paralysed, he could not talk coherently, and he could not take care of himself. By 2005, he was bedridden and had totally lost the ability to talk. By April 2007, Mr. Wang Tongwen's whole body was paralysed, and he completely lost consciousness. He died on May 29th, 2007, at the age of 60. -
Practitioner Mr. Zhao Baoting in Gansu Province and His Family Suffer Severely from the Persecution (Photo)
2007-06-18In December 2003, Zhao Xudong and his mother Bai Jinyu and several practitioners were at home when police broke in their house and arrested them all. In detention Zhao Xudong went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. He was handcuffed and shackled together at the back so Zhao Xudong had to bend his back 90 degrees 24-hours-a-day. Criminal inmates force-fed him every three days with overly salted noodles. The force-feeding often lasted two hours. They inserted a plastic tube from his nose or throat roughly and carelessly. They pierced oesophagus and lungs in the process of the violent force-feedings. Zhao Xudong suffered excruciating pain daily. On February 5th, 2004, the force-feeding started at 5 p.m. and the food still wouldn't go down by 7 p.m. When the guards took him to the hospital, there was no heartbeat. -
Practitioner Ms. Chen Weijun from Heilongjiang Province Dies as a Result of Being Cruelly Tortured 37 Times
2007-06-17On June 3rd, 2007, practitioner Ms. Chen Weijun passed away. She was only 49 years old. At Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison, Ms. Chen suffered cruel torture, such as being hung up, forced to sit for a long time, handcuffed behind her back, put in solitary confinement, and force-fed. She also had the force-feeding tube pulled back and forth after it was inserted and the tube was left in her stomach until it turned mouldy. Her life was many times in great danger. In July 2005, she was diagnosed with end stage cancer of the female reproductive system. She was given no more than three months to live, so she was granted a medical release. On October 17th, however, police arrested her and took her back to Heilongjiang Province Women's Prison. She suffered torture until she could no longer take care of herself.
