France: Falun Gong Practitioners were Invited to a Festival in Lons-le-Saunier City

To conclude a year of Chinese culture that has recently taken place in France, Lons-Le-Saunier city of Jura province organised a Tasting Festival with the theme of China. A Local MP invited Falun Gong practitioners to join the performance to let more people know about Falun Gong and to talk about the persecution against the practice that has been happening for the last five years. -
Germany: The Jiang Group’s Violence Shocked the People in the Ancient City of Augsburg

Dafa practitioners held activities which included exercise demonstrations, leaflet distribution, an anti-torture exhibition and Chinese traditional dancing in the centre of Augsburg. The activities were held to enable local residents to get a better understanding of the facts of Falun Gong and to inform them about the brutal suppression of Dafa practitioners. -

Photos of the brutally tortured Falun Gong practitioners in China touched the hearts of many passers-by. Some of them wanted to know more about Falun Gong whilst others expressed their sorrow over the French President’s silence on Falun Gong issues during his visit to China. -
Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners were Invited to the Health Expo in Karlstad City

The practitioners were invited to demonstrate the exercises on a stage with one of them introducing Falun Gong to the public. He talked about the practice’s popularity in over 60 countries, the benefits it has brought to 100 million people’s health, and the persecution against Falun Gong in China that has already claimed over 1,000 lives. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa and Expose the Persecution during Cambridge Falun Dafa Week

Beginning on the 24th and 25th of October 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners from Cambridge and other parts of the UK celebrated their own Falun Dafa Week and held activities to introduce Falun Dafa and expose the persecution taking place in China. Activities included a parade, dancing and an anti-torture exhibition. -
Sweden: Practitioners in Gothenburg hold Activities to Commemorate Falun Dafa Day in Bergssjön

In order to show people the beauty of Falun Dafa, practitioners demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and also taught the younger passersby how to fold paper lotus flowers. They also talked with people about the persecution in China about and collected petition signatures calling for an end to the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. -
Germany: Telling the Residents of Hamelin about the Persecution of Falun Gong in Detail

Many passers-by asked about the picture displays, Falun Gong, the persecution and the brutal methods of torture used in attempts to force practitioners to give up their beliefs. Once they had heard the truth people were eager to support efforts to bring Jiang Zemin, the person responsible for the persecution, to justice by signing a petition. -
Russia: Large-Scale Activities to Raise Awareness about the Persecution during the 2004 Russian Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference

Each day, they went out in the early morning and visited several government agencies. In a span of several days, they visited almost all of the Russian Government agencies, two hundred or so parliamentarians and all Russia’s major media organisations. Large-scale efforts to raise awareness of Falun Gong and the persecution were a major distinctive feature of this conference. Veteran practitioners and new ones alike actively participated and everybody learned a lot from the event. -
Germany: Teacher Invites Practitioners to Introduce Falun Gong and Expose the Persecution during a School Event

After the performance, many of the visitors happily accepted flyers detailing the persecution. Before leaving, the practitioners thanked the teachers and asked them sign their name on a petition signature collection by the International Society for Human Rights (ISHR) calling for practitioner Xu Youlin’s release from illegal detention in China. -
France: Calling for an End to the Persecution in Paris Chinatown

On Saturday October the 9th 2004, Falun Gong practitioners in Paris gathered together in Belleville, a Chinese district situated in the East of the city, to tell people the facts about Falun Gong. Despite the heavy rain and cloudy weather, practitioners smiled and handed out leaflets to people on the streets all day long. -
Norway: The People of Stavanger Learn about the Persecution of Falun Gong in China

Saturday October the 9th was market day in the city and the practitioners used this opportunity to tell people about the genocide being waged against Falun Gong in China, which was started by former Chinese leader Jiang Zemin. On Sunday, the practitioners went to a beautiful beach, which is located near Stavanger, to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises. -
Germany: Collecting Signatures Calling for Jiang to be Brought to Justice at Kirta Festival

Some people came straight to our petition table as soon as they saw us. After talking with them we realised that they had already learned that we are trying to stop the persecution and torture of Falun Gong practitioners in China from the local newspaper, which had reported on our petition to bring Jiang to justice. -
Estonia: Falun Gong was Very Popular at the Mother Earth Fair in Tallinn

When they heard about the persecution, which has already claimed over 1,000 lives, people talked about their own experiences under Communist rule in Estonia and felt that they could relate with the Falun Gong practitioners in China. They showed great sympathy and support for the practitioners suffering under Jiang's campaign of genocide in China. -
Sweden: Dafa Practitioners Add to the Success of Gothenburg's "Night of Culture"

Falun Gong practitioners gave a beautiful performance of “The Wonderful Heart’ in Gotaplatsen Plaza. They used singing, dancing, photographs and a demonstration of the five sets of Falun Gong exercises to show people the beauty and peacefulness of Falun Dafa and the persecution in China, as well as traditional Chinese culture. -
Sweden: Falun Gong Exercise Demonstration was Part of Gothenburg’s Annual Cultural Night

On the 16th of October 2004, visitors and residents of Gothenburg City enjoyed the annual Cultural Night. Falun Gong practitioners are a regular part of this event and in the programme this year they introduced the five sets of Falun Gong exercises that have benefited 100 million people in more than 60 countries around the world.
