  • Russia: Moscow Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa at the People's Health Exhibition

    To honour Dafa practitioners’ positive contribution to the “For Citizens’ Health” Exhibition, the local government awarded the Moscow Falun Dafa Association a diploma. Practitioners set up an exhibition of various information boards, distributed flyers and other materials that explained Falun Dafa and the facts of the persecution.
  • Spain: Introducing Falun Dafa and Revealing the Persecution in Catalonia

    Most of the participants were advocates of nature and environmental protection. Practitioners introduced Falun Dafa from the perspective of health by sharing personal stories of how they’ve gained a healthy body and mind, a life full of energy and an upgrade of their moral standards after practising Falun Gong and living by the principles of Truthfulness, Benevolence, and Tolerance.
  • Sweden: Promoting Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution in Arivika City

    June the 13th was the day of the Arivika Hamnfestival. Last year, practitioners dressed in yellow and joined the festival to promote Falun Dafa and reveal the facts of the persecution taking place in China. This year, practitioners were invited by the local authorities to introduce Falun Gong at the festival.
  • Fadu in Sweden (1): Crossing the Pacific Ocean to Make Good Friends in Northern Europe

    In early May, Fadu visited Northern Europe for the first time. She and her mother were invited to attend forums on China’s human rights situation, which were being held in four Northern European countries. Even though Fadu is only four, she has experienced the extremes of the world's benevolence and wickedness.
  • Russia: Introducing Falun Gong to a Moscow Automobile Factory

    Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises as part a health-watch activity called “Help Yourself,” which was organised by a Moscow automobile factory and took place on June 5th 2004. The presentation took place in the afternoon, in a hall jam-packed with about one hundred people.
  • Sweden: Introducing Falun Dafa in the City of Sunne

    On June the 19th, an introduction to Falun Dafa was held in Sunne. The invitation had come from a woman who, after reading Falun Dafa’s introductory book, became fascinated by its profound principles and wanted to learn more. Afterwards, the attendees said that they had experienced a very nice feeling when performing the exercises.
  • Hungary: Promoting Falun Gong at a Sports Festival in Budapest

    Between June the 11th and June the 13th, Falun Gong practitioners from Hungary, Slovakia and Germany introduced Falun Dafa at a Sports Festival, which is held annually in the Hungarian capital of Budapest. The festival activities began at eleven in the morning and ended at six in the evening every day and over two hundred thousand people took part.
  • United Kingdom: Promoting Falun Gong on Cambridge Children’s Day

    Dafa practitioners participated in Cambridge Children’s Day, which was organised by the local Council. They showed children how to practise the Falun Gong exercises as well as how to make paper lotus flowers. They also told them about “Petals of Peace” so that the seeds of Truthfulness, Benevolence and Forbearance could be planted in the children’s hearts, and hoped to motivate the children in the UK so that they could help the persecuted children in China.

  • Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Participate in a Foreign Culture Festival in Heidelberg

    Falun Gong practitioners were invited by a German-Chinese cultural exchange association to take part in the annual Foreign Culture Festival held in Heidelberg University Square on June 5th. A dance troupe made up of Falun Gong practitioners performed two ribbon dances. In a booth below the stage, people could have their names written in calligraphy.
  • Norway: The Seed of Compassion Takes Root in Norwegian Pupils’ Hearts

    May the 26th 2004 was a special date for the teachers and pupils of a primary school in the Norwegian capital of Oslo. Four year old Dafa practitioner Fadu and her mother Dai Zhizhen, also a practitioner, had been invited. They came to tell everyone Fadu's story and also teach the children how to make lotus flowers with coloured paper.
  • Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Participate in the Culture Festival Parade in Bielefeld

    On June the 5th 2004, the German city of Bielefeld held its annual Culture Festival Parade. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to take part. Nearly all the people of Bielefeld came to watch the performances by different organisations. They continuously applauded the practitioners and asked for flyers. Before the parade finished, ten thousand flyers had been handed out.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners' Participation Enriched the Annual Helsinki Day Event

    The annual Helsinki Day was held on the 12th of June, during which the whole city was filled with different events like dancing, music, and performances. Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the event, demonstrating the exercises and letting people know more about Falun Dafa and the persecution in China in the Central Park of Helsinki.
  • Sweden: Exhibition Outside the Library of the University of Stockholm Lets People Know the Truth about Falun Gong

    On June the 1st and 2nd, an exhibition outside the library of the University of Stockholm was held to allow people to learn the truth about Falun Gong and the persecution in China. Many people came to take a look at the exhibition and many asked questions. Some were interested in learning the exercises for free at our practice sites.
  • Hungary: Letting People Know More about Dafa during Hu Jintao's Visit to Budapest

    During Hu Jintao's visit to Hungary, Dafa practitioners visited local newspapers and a radio station to talk about the abuse that practitioners of Falun Gong suffer in China. They also stressed that the Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai, who is also on official visit in Budapest, has been the subject of lawsuits in countries around the world for his crimes against humanity. They also gave a gift of beautiful lotus flowers made from coloured paper to media personnel they talked to.
