  • Ukraine: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest Peacefully at the Chinese Embassy

    On December 13th, 2007, Ukrainian Falun Gong practitioners held a protest at the Chinese Embassy urging the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) to stop its eight year persecution of Falun Gong. Practitioners distributed leaflets and newspapers to inform passersby that in China Falun Gong practitioners had been illegally thrown into labour camps, mental hospitals and even been tortured to death and that the CCP’s purpose was to force them to give up their belief.
  • Sweden: Peaceful Protest at the Chinese Embassy in Stockholm

    Shortly after Christmas, on December 29th, a group of Northern European Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Stockholm. They sat in candle light, protesting against the evil CCP’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China.
  • France: Falun Gong Practitioners Participate in the New Year Parade

    On December 29th 2007, the European Celestial Land Marching Band, consisting of 120 Falun Gong practitioners from more than ten European countries, attended the New Year Parade in Paris. Falun Gong practitioners also performed in the parade. Spectators said the music was very powerful and the Falun Gong practitioners’ group looked wonderful.
  • United Kingdom: Practitioners Take Part in the Annual New Years Day Parade in London

    In what has now become an annual tradition, Falun Gong practitioners participated in London's 22nd New Year's Day Parade. This year, the parade organisers had predicted crowds of 500,000 and more than 10,000 participants. The parade began at midday, taking a 2 mile route passing many of London's great historical sights.
  • Switzerland: People of Zurich Support Practitioners' Call for an End to the Persecution of Falun Gong

    The practitioners displayed eye-catching banners disclosing the CCP's organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. Various photographs depicting the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in mainland China were displayed. Many passers-by recognised the stall - they have been seeing Falun Gong practitioners in this street every month for more than a year.
  • Finland: The Finnish Public Declares Support for the Thirty Million Withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party

    On December 22nd, the 'Finnish Service Centre for Quitting the Chinese Communist Party' and Falun Gong practitioners from Helsinki went to the Central Railway Station. They appealed to the public to pay attention to the thirty million Chinese people who have abandoned their membership of Chinese Communist Party and raised awareness about the vicious nature of the CCP.
  • France: Practitioners Demonstrate the Falun Gong Exercises on World Human Rights Day

    The 10th of December, 2007, was World Human Rights Day. Many people who advocate peace gathered in Human Right Square in Paris, expressing their longing and concern for human rights and peace. Falun Gong practitioners also went there to call on people to help stop the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
  • France: Demonstrating the Falun Gong Exercises at an Event in Guadeloupe

    On November 17th, Falun Gong practitioners from Guadeloupe demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises at an event called “Martial Arts, the History of India and Buddhist Dances and Musical Performance Sharing” in the Jardin d’Eau Park.

  • France: China Human Rights Forum in Dole

    On December 11th, 2007, a China Human Rights Forum was held in Dole City Hall. In their remarks, representatives from various human rights organisations illustrated, analyzed and exposed the Chinese Communist regime’s evil nature and the atrocities it has perpetrated during its economic development.
  • Ukraine: The People of Dzerjinsk are Happy to Learn about Falun Gong

    When people saw Falun Gong practitioners' display, many were interested and asked what it was all about; who were the people in the pictures in the display panels? Why were these activities held outside in such cold weather? After practitioners talked with them about the persecution of Falun Gong, which has continued for eight years, they were shocked and signed the petition without hesitation.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Protest against the CCP's Persecution of Falun Gong

    On December 10th, 2007, International Human Rights Day, Falun Gong practitioners from Helsinki gathered outside the Chinese Embassy to protest against the Chinese Communist Party’s genocide of Falun Gong during the past eight years. In late afternoon, they held a candle-light vigil to mourn for Falun Gong practitioners who have been murdered through the persecution.
  • France: Practitioners Gather in Lille for Joint Activities

    On December 8th, 2007, French and Belgian Falun Gong practitioners organised an activity in the northern industrial city of Lille in France to raise awareness about Falun Gong and the persecution. As well as displaying eye catching banners and exhibiting photos depicting the persecution of Falun Gong in China, practitioners also distributed leaflets to passers by.
  • France: Asian Ethnic Groups Rally to Condemn the Chinese Communist Regime’s Atrocities

    "I think China’s current situation (referring to the Beijing Games) is similar to the 1936 Berlin Olympic Games hosted by Nazi Germany or the 1980 Moscow Olympic Games hosted by the former Soviet Union, which was an autocratic country. I think these autocratic countries are unqualified for hosting the Olympic Games.”
  • Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners Raise Awareness about the Persecution on Nobel Prize Awards Day

    December 10th, 2007 was the annual Nobel Prize awards day. At six o’clock in the evening, Swedish practitioners came to the front of City Hall. This day each year has become a good opportunity for them to raise awareness about the persecution of Falun Gong among the guests from various circles that come to attend the Nobel Prize dinner.
