During the seven years of persecution where the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has been persecuting Falun Gong practitioners, the brainwashing centres have been the most deceptive, even as they persecute the largest number of practitioners. The brainwashing centres are called "Legal and Discipline Education Centres" in public, and the people are misled by their deceitful methods. The public is led to believe that these classes are to educate Falun Gong practitioners. They are in fact brainwashing centres that the Chinese Communist Party uses to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.
At the Shengli Oil field, Lu Renjie, Li Zhonghua, Xu Xinzhi, Diao Kefu, Li Zhenjiang and Zhou Bingkai, among others, ganged up with thugs Zhang Chenggong, Xing Lianmin, Xia Baocheng, Xu Tingde, Wang Zhiqiang and others. They have been running four mandatory brainwashing classes on the first floor of the Shengli Institute dorm of the Oil University of China, as well as the General Hostel of Shengli Oil Field Supply Department, the fourth floor of the student dorm of the Training School of Shengli Oil Field Oil and Gas Collecting and Transportation Company, and the Employee's Training School of Shengli Oil Extraction Plant. The Falun Gong practitioners at the Shengli Oil Field have forcibly been taken to be brainwashed and persecuted for a long time.
The two entrances leading to all four brainwashing classes have thick metal gates installed, and they are guarded by assigned people. The rooms where Falun Gong practitioners are detained were also equipped with thick metal windows and doors. Each room has three beds and one desk, leaving very little space for people. Two people involved in brainwashing stay with the Falun Gong practitioners around the clock. The Falun Gong practitioners are illegally detained here for a long period of time, one month, three months or six months. The meals are sent in through a small window.
The purpose of the brainwashing session is to torture Falun Gong practitioners, eventually making them mentally collapse. After they reach this goal, they will attempt to make these people say bad things about Falun Gong, and have them thank the thugs who persecuted them. This way, they can use them to deceive ordinary people and make them support the persecution of Falun Gong. In the meantime, they thoroughly destroy the willpower of Falun Gong practitioners.
After Falun Gong practitioners are abducted into the brainwashing class, they are forced to repeatedly watch the videos that the CCTV made to slander Falun Gong. They attempt to create a kind of feeling in Falun Gong practitioners' minds, "The Chinese Communist Party will destroy Falun Gong. If you continue the practice, you're heading towards a dead end." Then the brainwashing personnel start their sweet persuasions, and let you feel that the evil CCP is, "great, honorable and proper" because they give you a path of transformation, which you can take to survive.
Most of the second and third level leaders who attend the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in the Shengli Oil Field keep the letters that the brainwashed people wrote to them, and even photocopied them to show to the other employees. These letters greatly mislead ordinary people.
The brainwashing classes never comply with the law. The physical and mental freedom of Falun Gong practitioners is completely and illegally restricted there. They are in fact private prisons. Abducting Falun Gong practitioners to these private prisons has never had any legal foundation. As long as you practise Falun Gong, any evil CCP official can detain you through the 610 Office at will.
Violence is the primary method used to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Every brainwashing class hires a professional security guard. Every brainwashing class maintains hotline contact with the Binhai Police Department and can call in armed police at any time.
