Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Yu Guoxi lived in Wanidianzi Village, Hengren County, Liaoning Province. He was arrested by police from the County Department in March 2005 while at home, detained for one month, and sentenced to three years of forced labour. He suffered two years and three months of terrible conditions and torture in the Weiningying Forced Labour Camp located in Benxi City. He was released in July 2007 because he was severely ill. He never recovered after returning home, and died in December 2007 at the age of 56.
The director of the Weiningying Forced Labour Camp is Liu Shaoshi (male). Guards Ding Huibo, Guo Tieying, Zheng Tao, Zheng Kai (all male), and others are trying everything they can think of to "transform1" practitioners. One commonly used torture method is the "Stretching Bed2," during which they sometimes suspend the practitioner in mid-air above the bed. They often use this torture on a practitioner for 15-20 days. They would not even let the practitioners down to use the toilet. When practitioners were finally released, they were unable to walk for several days, and some were disabled permanently.

Note
1. "Reform or Transform" Implementation of brainwashing and torture in order to force a practitioner to renounce Falun Gong. (Variations: "reform", "transform", "reformed", "reforming", "transformed", "transforming", and "transformation")
2. The police fix the steadfast practitioners' limbs on a specially made bed on which there are 4 rings. Practitioners' hands and feet are fixed in the rings. Then the police would apply force to the rings, so that the practitioner's body will be pulled up away from the bed as their limbs are stretched. If one is left in this position for long periods of time, the limbs are often dislocated and the person maimed permanently. Moreover, the police forbid others to take care of the maimed practitioners. See illustration on http://www.clearwisdom.net/emh/articles/2005/2/11/57390.html.
