Practitioners in Denmark held an introductory session in the library in Skive, a scenic city on the Jutland Peninsula on December 6, 2009. They introduced to attendees what Falun Gong is and also taught them to do the exercises. Many attendees found Falun Gong is great and wanted to learn the exercises. From November 20 to 25, 2009, the International Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance Art Exhibition was held at a gallery in downtown Ankara, the capital of Turkey. Many people came to visit it each day. An artist who teaches in a university art department said that the paintings demonstrated advanced skills. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners hold Liverpool Event to Expose the Persecution in China

On November 21, 2009, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in downtown Liverpool, a large port city in England. They introduced Falun Gong to the passers-by and exposed the inhuman persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They also helped Chinese people to quit the CCP and its affiliated organisations. -
United Kingdom: Promoting Falun Gong in the Coastal Town of Plymouth

On 17 October 2009, Plymouth, a coastal city in the UK, held its annual “Food Festival”. Falun Dafa practitioners held an activity during the festival to let people know more about Falun Dafa and the human rights abuses that practitioners in China are subjected to by the Chinese Communist Party. Passers by were happy to take leaflets and find out more. -
Ireland: Rally Supports 60 Million Chinese People who have Withdrawn from the CCP

On 26 September, 2009, the Irish Service Centre for Quitting the CCP held a rally in Dublin to support 60 million Chinese people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organisations. At noon, the parade to support quitting the CCP set out, ending in a rally in front of the General Post Office. -

Spain: People Delighted to Learn About Falun Gong at National Health Expo

On November 5 2009, the National Health Expo opened in Madrid. The local Falun Dafa Association took part, introducing Falun Dafa to local people through three seminars during the Expo. There were almost no spare seats on the first day. Even more people came on the second day. -

Spanish Court Indicts Top Communist Party Officials for Torture, Genocide
2009-11-24In an unprecedented decision, a Spanish judge has indicted five high-ranking Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials for their role in crimes of torture and genocide committed against Falun Gong practitioners. The Court announcement indicated that if they are convicted, the defendants would face at least 20 years in prison and financial penalties. -
Austria: Falun Gong Books Displayed at International Book Fair in Vienna

The International Book Fair and Reading Festival was held at Messe Wien, Vienna on November 12-15, 2009. The Falun Dafa Association of Austria set up a Falun Gong book display booth to introduce Falun Gong. Practitioners demonstrated the five Falun Gong exercises and introduced the principles of the practice during the book fair. -
Germany: “Amazing, you certainly must persist”

On the 1st of August 2009, Falun Gong practitioners from Augsburg in Southern Germany held an information day called “Protect peace for humanity, stop the persecution of Falun Gong, bring an end to the CCP’s savagery”. Many people expressed great interest when they heard how Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted by the CCP.
