Austria: Falun Gong Protest Against the Visit of a Chinese Minister
2006-02-08On February 3rd 2006, as the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) Foreign Minister, Li Zhaoxing, held talks with the European Union “Troika” and other Foreign Ministers in Vienna, Falun Gong practitioners conducted a peaceful protest against the CCP’s brutal seven year persecution of Falun Gong. -
Czech Republic: Exhibition Presents the Creative Works of the Persecuted
2006-02-08Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance. That’s the title of the exhibition on show at the Kralovopolska Gallery in Husitska Street. It’s an exhibition of paintings by Chinese and western artists, all of whom are practitioners of Falun Gong. -
Germany: Court Judgement in Favour of Falun Gong
2006-02-07On the morning of February 1st, 2006, the Administration Court of Dresden, the state capital of Sachsen, Germany, announced a judgement. It ruled that the actions taken by the German police against a Falun Gong practitioner during the former Chinese President Jiang Zemin’s visit to Germany in 2002 were illegal. -
France: Historical Decision by the Council of Europe in Strasbourg
2006-02-07On January 25th 2006, the Council of Europe handed down a historical decision. For the first time, crimes committed by totalitarian communist regimes were looked at from the European point of view and condemned. Falun Gong practitioners demonstrated in support of the PACE-Resolution outside the Council of Europe headquarters. -
Finland: Practitioners in Helsinki Expose the Persecution of Falun Gong in China on the Eve of Chinese New Year
2006-02-06On the eve of Chinese New Year, practitioners in Helsinki introduced Falun Dafa and exposed the persecution of Falun Gong in China to passersby near the train station. One man said while looking at the pictures of the persecution, “It’s horrible. The Chinese people should have a change. The persecution cannot continue. They need the help of people in other countries.” -
United Kingdom: Falun Gong Practitioners Held a Press Conference Condemning the Hatred and Violence Incited by the Chinese Communist Party
2006-02-05On January 27th, 2005, UK Falun Gong practitioners held a press conference in front of the Chinese Embassy in London to condemn the surprise attack by a man from the Chinese Embassy against a female Falun Gong practitioner. They also expressed condemnation for the persecution of Falun Gong taking place in China. -
Bulgaria: Practitioners Introduce Falun Dafa and Expose the Persecution to People Celebrating the Chinese New Year in Sofia
2006-02-05On January 29th 2006, Bulgarian practitioners gathered in front of the National Palace of Culture in downtown Sofia. The event marked the start of the Year of the Dog. Falun Gong practitioners were the only ones who celebrated the Chinese New Year in Sofia and pleasantly surprised the citizens of the capital by wishing them “Happy Chinese New Year”. -

2006-02-05When the annual World Economic Forum convened between January 23rd and January 28th 2006, some Falun Gong practitioners came to the famous Swiss skiing spot, Davos. They disclosed the brutal persecution of Falun Gong by the CCP to the participants and the media at the Forum as well as the tourists on holiday there and the local people. -
Norway: Practitioners Read Announcement by the Falun Gong Association at the Chinese Embassy

The Netherlands: Falun Gong Practitioners Hold Activities During the Chinese New Year Celebrations
