  A Global Monitoring and Tracking System has been formed, consisting of human rights organisations and individuals located in nearly 300 cities in more than 70 countries. The goal of the system is to monitor and keep track of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Chinese government officials who are actively involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, so as to assist victims in pursuing legal actions in a timely manner. The tracking system focuses on those who give orders, arrest, brainwash, abuse, torture, and murder Falun Gong practitioners, and those who are directly involved in blocking information, instigating the media, and sentencing practitioners without legal basis.
