2005-02-24The father of the family is in his 80's. He studies the principles of Falun Dafa and does the exercises very diligently, and has progressed really quickly. In the past, he usually did not go down the stairs (it was hard for him to walk). Or, when he did go down, to walk a few hundred meters, he would need to rest many times. After learning Falun Dafa, one day, with the accompaniment of his wife, he walked very far (over a kilometre, half a mile) and never rested once on the route. His legs were obviously strengthened. -
