Russia: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day in St Petersburg

On the 15th of May, Dafa practitioners from St Petersburg and other nearby cities came together to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Around seventy Dafa practitioners gathered in Victory Park in St Petersburg to practise the exercises, promote Falun Dafa and tell tourists about the practice of Falun Dafa and the brutal persecution that is happening in China. -
Germany: The First Celebration of Falun Dafa Day in a Small Town

Falun Gong practitioners celebrated the 5th World Falun Dafa Day on May the 13th this year. In Chamer, a small town in Germany, however, it was the first celebration of World Falun Dafa Day because our Dafa practice site has only been in this city for one year. We held a series of activities, including a Falun Dafa information evening and some photo exhibitions. Due to reports by local newspapers and radio stations, more and more people in Chamer learned about Falun Gong. -

Ireland: Practitioners Celebrate World Falun Dafa Day in Dublin

On May the 16th, Irish Falun Gong practitioners joyfully performed in Dublin city centre to celebrate World Falun Dafa Day. Practitioners gave various performances, including traditional waist drumming, fan dancing, paasol dancing, songs on the Chinese flute, a demonstration of Falun Gong exercises, choral singing, etc. In the meantime, several thousand flyers were distributed. -

Chinese Student's Film Receives Award at the American University Movie and Television Arts Festival
2004-05-20The film "Wish" describes, through the eyes of two Chinese girls who have lost their parents, what has happened in Mainland China since the persecution of Falun Gong began in July 1999. On Friday April 30 at 6 p.m., the Annual Movie and Television Arts Festival was held at the Mary Graydon Centre of American University in Washington D.C. The children's movie, "Wish," produced by Chinese student Wang Jinwei of the Media School, was awarded the "Medium and Full-length Movie and Television Award." -

To mark the 12th anniversary of Falun Dafa's introduction to the public, as well as Master’s birthday, Swiss Dafa disciples gathered in Luzern. A parade of Dafa disciples took place in the morning. The peaceful parade and the graceful music of Pu Du and Ji Shi drew a lot of attention from passersby, many of whom stopped to watch. -
