United Kingdom: Singing to Raise People’s Concern about the Orphans of the Torture Victims in China.

An eye-catching banner hanging behind the performers told the audience the purpose of the concert: “Rescue the Orphans of Torture Victims in China.” Though most of the performers were amateur, the audience was deeply touched by their singing, dancing and their sincerity. Among them were several young girls whose singing and dancing particularly drew attention. -
Finland: Candlelight Vigil for Murdered Falun Gong Practitioners During the World Track and Field Championships in Helsinki

On August 13th, 2005, the World Track and Field Championships held in Helsinki were coming to an end. Falun Gong practitioners lit candles and sat silently in the glow of the candle light. We sat near each other and gave expression to our grief for the deaths of so many practitioners and called for justice. Let’s end the persecution together. -
Finland: Introducing Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution During the World Track and Field Championship Tournaments

On August 7th, Finnish practitioners performed the exercises and introduced Falun Gong in the park next to where the athletics World Championship Tournaments were held. A lot of tourists from different countries were visiting during the Tournaments, and some of those passing by our exercise site were fascinated and asked practitioners about Falun Gong. -

In order to draw attention to the orphaned children of Falun Gong practitioners tortured to death by the evil Chinese Communist regime, UK Falun Gong practitioners held an open-air concert called “Rescue the orphans of Falun Gong practitioners” on August 7th, 2005, in Edinburgh. Most of the programmes in this concert were created by UK practitioners. -
Switzerland: Introducing Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution in the city of Thun

On August 7th, 2005, Swiss Falun Gong practitioners held an activity to promote Falun Gong in the famous tourist city of Thun. They demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises and people stopped to watch. However, when people saw the display boards showing the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners they were shocked. -
United Kingdom: Practitioners Demonstrate the Falun Gong Exercises and Raise Awareness of the Persecution at the Start of the Edinburgh Art Festival

On August 6th, at the start of the Edinburgh Festival, Falun Gong practitioners introduced the practice and informed the public of the persecution in China. They demonstrated to people the five sets of the Falun Gong exercises. Their peaceful and serene performance was in stark contrast to their display of the photos of brutal persecution. -

Finland: Letting People Know the Truth about Falun Gong at the World Track and Field Games in Helsinki.

The games returned to Helsinki, Finland, where they were originally held in 1983. There were 1,900 athletes from two hundred countries participating in the various contests and more than one hundred and ninety countries and regions participated in the live broadcasts. It is estimated that four billion people will watch the broadcast worldwide. After learning about this, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland and other North European countries arranged the activity to tell as many people as possible learn about the persecution. -
Germany: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Participate in the Hannover Festival

The Ferryman’s Festival is a popular open-air festival that takes place close to a small river. The organiser invited us to participate when we met at one of our Falun Gong events because he noticed that our demonstrations of paper Lotus Flower folding and Chinese calligraphy were extremely popular. On both days of the festival, our yellow booth was a great attraction. -

Finland: Promoting Falun Gong and Exposing the Persecution at the World Track and Field Games in Helsinki
2005-08-18The public passed by in streams. They were attracted by the elegant and quiet exercises. A lot of tourists took picture of the practitioners doing the exercises. After seeing the posters of some practitioners who were persecuted to death, some people wanted to resolve a question: why were these men and women, old and young with kind and gentle faces, persecuted to death? They went to read the display boards or talk with practitioners. After they understood the truth, they signed their names on a petition to show support. -
France: Report on Paris Tour to Expose the Truth - Place Félix Eboué

Erected in 1867, Fontaine aux Lions (Fountain of the Lions) is situated in the centre of the 12th District of southern Paris, where it is tranquil and peaceful with lots of shady greenery. This is also the usual place for citizens of the 12th District to take a walk. French practitioners held an activity here to introduce Falun Dafa on July 30th. -

On the first day of the Edinburgh Festival, UK Falun Gong practitioners held an open-air concert called “Rescue Orphans of Falun Gong Practitioners”. A small female choir sang songs based on the stories behind three paintings entitled, "Homeless", "Why?" and "Come Back Daddy". A narrator explained the stories in the pictures to the onlookers in detail. -
