Falun Gong practitioners held a peaceful protest outside the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, calling for Jiang Zemin, the main villain responsible for genocide against Falun Gong in China, and his accomplices Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang, to be brought to justice. -

On the 16th of February 2004, Falun Dafa practitioners in Helsinki appealed at the Chinese Embassy, calling for an end to the Jiang regime’s persecution of Falun Gong. The practitioners also delivered a letter to the Chinese the Ambassador about the recent successful lawsuit against a Chinese Consular official in Canada.
