Norway: Introducing Falun Dafa and Exposing the Persecution at a Health Exhibition

On the second weekend of September, a health exhibition was held in Kongsvinger in southern Norway. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate and introduce Falun Gong to the people. Practitioners demonstrated the five sets of peaceful exercises. They also exposed the brutal persecution of Falun Gong which is still happening in China. -
United Kingdom: “Friends of Falun Gong” at the University of Leicester Fresher's Fair

On the 3rd and 4th of October, 2005, invited by the University of Leicester Student Union, Friends of Falun Gong joined the annual Fresher's Fair. Many Chinese students who just came to Leicester from Mainland China were pleasantly surprised and took photos of the Falun Gong stand. They may start to think: why is Falun Gong only persecuted in China? -
Czech Republic: Exercises on Karl’s Square Attract the Local TV Station

In Karl’s Square, the regular Falun Gong exercise site in Prague, around 25 practitioners gathered to perform their exercises. A lady from a local TV station filmed the exercises and conducted short interviews with a few practitioners. She said she would like to use them during the planned visit of Chinese representatives to the Czech Republic. -
France: Raising Awareness about Human Rights Abuses Against Falun Gong in Front of Parc de la Villette in Paris

People showed sympathy for Falun Gong practitioners and a deep concern for the CCP’s human rights abuses. One man was too touched to say a word after having seen the poster exhibition boards and he almost shed tears. His wife said: "It is mankind's brightest hope to pursue physical and mental health, and it is the most basic human right." -
Russia: Practitioners Participate in a Health Exhibition in Nizhny Novgorod

A photo display attracted a lot of people during the exhibition and practitioners distributed leaflets and paper Lotus Flowers. Also, interested people were able to purchase a copy of the introductory book of Falun Dafa's principles by Master Li Hongzhi, Falun Gong. The TV station "Volga" interviewed local practitioners. -
Oversea Chinese in the UK: "Everyone knows the Communist Party of China is bad. It has done too many bad things"

The UK Epoch Times held activities in Manchester's Chinatown regarding The Nine Commentaries editorial and the spate of withdrawals from the Chinese Communist Party. Activities included an exhibition of pictures illustrating the crimes against the people committed during the previous decade by the Communist Party of China. A laser disc of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was shown at the same time, attracting a lot of Chinese people over to watch. -
Russia: Moscow Practitioners Take to the Streets and Expose the Persecution of Falun Dafa

After attending the 2005 Russian Falun Gong Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference on October 6th, practitioners from many different countries held separate rallies on Clear Fountain Square opposite the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in Moscow’s Culture Square, demanding that the CCP stop the persecution of Falun Gong immediately. -
Ireland: Lotus Flowers Bloom in an Irish Community

The Women’s Club in Dublin invited Falun Gong practitioners to Greenhill Community Centre to perform the elegant “Lotus Flower Dance,” and demonstrate Falun Gong’s gentle and slow-moving exercises, as well as teach its club members to fold paper Lotus Flowers. Though suppressed in China, Falun Gong is appreciated worldwide. -
Germany: Falun Gong Invited to Participate in International Culture Exchange Week and Receives a Warm Welcome

The last week of September is International Culture Exchange Week in Augsburg. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in variety shows on September 28th and 30th. They demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and gave dance performances with the names Flower Spirit and Eulogy of the Lotus, which won the admiration of the audience. -
Czech Republic: State TV Station Reports on Quitting the CCP Parade and Rally in Prague
2005-10-17In its national prime time news programme, the Czech State TV Station reported on a huge rally and campaign which took place in the old town square in Prague, as well as a quitting the Chinese Communist Party parade through the major areas in Prague. The reported also reported in brief on the editorial published by The Epoch Times newspaper entitled the “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”, which systematically analyzes the crimes and atrocities committed by the CCP. -
Germany: “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance” International Art Exhibition Tours Eastern Germany

In September, the “Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance” International Art Exhibition toured to cities in the eastern Bavarian region of Germany. The paintings were first shown in the tourist city of Cham in the Bavarian forest. The exhibition opened with a traditional Chinese dance and the guest speeches that followed provided food for thought. -
Sweden: Activity Day in Lidingö

On October 2nd in the city of Lidingö, there was an activity day with the subject of health. During the afternoon several associations presented various outdoor activities. Participants had the chance to watch practitioners' demonstration of the five Falun Gong exercises and receive answers to any questions they had regarding the practice. -
Turkey: Falun Gong Practitioners Expose the Persecution of Falun Gong in China at an International Peace Conference

The International Local Governments Peace Conference was held in Turkey from September 25th to 28th, 2005. Over 1,200 people attended the conference, including local government heads from forty-five nations and regions. Three Falun Gong practitioners representing Turkish Falun Gong Association also attended the conference with permission. -
Spain: People Express Support for Falun Gong During a Petition Signature Collection on Ghanali Island
2005-10-13
Practitioners on Ghanali Island in southern Spain collected petition signatures in the city centre to protest the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The practitioners were divided into two groups; one group demonstrated exercises and the other handed out leaflets and talked to people who wanted to find out more. -
France: Introducing Falun Gong at Place du Château Rouge in Paris
2005-10-13
On October 1st, Falun Gong practitioners in France held an activity to introduce Falun Dafa and expose the persecution. Many people expressed support for Falun Gong and opposed the illegal persecution taking place in China. They also denounced the Chinese Communist Party for its shameless human rights abuses against Falun Gong practitioners.
