Sweden: Teaching the Exercises to People who have been Waiting for Dafa for a Long Time

During the last weekend of February 2004, practitioners in Gothenburg, Sweden, held a two-day Falun Gong exercise class. During these two days, many people who wanted to learn the exercises attended the course on both days. When they got to know Falun Gong further many people exclaimed, “Falun Gong is what I have been waiting for.” -
Falun Gong asks for the Persecution of Practitioners in China to be Discussed in the EU-China Human Rights Dialogue

Bilateral talks on human rights between the European Union and China were recently held in Ireland’s capital, Dublin. Human rights organisations asked the Irish government to pay attention to China’s persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, along with China’s Internet censorship and information blockade. Falun Gong practitioners also took further steps in filing a lawsuit against the Chinese officials who persecute Falun Gong. -
Switzerland: More Than One Thousands Skiers Learned about Falun Dafa in the Jungfrau Mountain Region

Switzerland is a wonderful country with many world famous tourist attractions. One of the most beautiful is the majestic mountain of the Jungfrau Region. On February the 23rd 2004, Swiss practitioners set up a stall and some display boards in the town of Wengen at the foot of the Jungfrau Region, as part of an activity to let more people know about Falun Dafa. -
Speech from the International Conference on "Genocide in the New Era": CIST Spokesman Examines Role of Media in the Persecution of Falun Gong

One of the panellists mentioned that media is not itself bad, and the panellist was correct. Slovakia: Introduction of the Book Falun Gong to the Slovak Public

On Wednesday the 25th of February at 17:00 in the bookstore “Pistek” in Bratislava, local practitioners introduced the book Falun Gong to the Slovak public. The book launch was attended by two reporters from Slovak radio and a cameraman from the nationwide television station TA3. Practitioners demonstrated the five sets of exercises and introduced Falun Gong to the visitors. -
UK: Practitioner who was Tortured in China Visits Scotland to tell People his Experience
2004-03-03A Chinese Falun Gong practitioner, who was detained and tortured in China in attempts to force him to betray his conscience and renounce Falun Gong, recently spent several days in Scotland. This visit attracted significant media coverage, including a supportive and in-depth account of his experiences in The Herald, Scotland’s best selling quality daily newspaper. He also gave a number of presentations to Scottish human rights groups, who were very supportive. -
France: Promoting Falun Gong in Lyon, the Second Largest City in France

French Falun Dafa practitioners ran a stall in the Lyon “Spring Call” Exhibition last weekend, from February the 20th to the 22nd. Lyon is the second largest city in France. Practitioners had the opportunity to demonstrate the Falun Gong exercises and explain the ongoing persecution in China to approximately forty thousand people who visited the exhibition. -
Germany: Letting More People Know the Facts at Karlsruhe University
2004-03-02During this period of time, what touched us most were the students’ attitudes. Many people looked at the display boards, signed a petition to support us, and even provided us with good advice on how to let more people know the truth. Some people returned the materials after lunch, told us that they’d read them already and these materials could be provided to others. Most Chinese people received the materials with a smile. Chinese people who had doubts and didn’t take the materials earlier on, now stood in front of our stall seeking to learn the truth of the persecution of Falun Gong in China. -
France: Celebrating Falun Dafa Day in the Metropolitan Region of Paris

February the 28th 2004 was the third Falun Dafa Day in Fontenay-sous-Bois, a historically prestigious city just outside Paris. Local Falun Gong practitioners and others from Paris itself gathered in front of the City Hall to celebrate and show people the beauty of Falun Dafa and traditional Chinese culture. -
Germany: Appeal on the Streets of Munich to bring the Instigator of the persecution of Falun Gong to Justice

According to reports from the Falun Dafa Information centre there has been a recent escalation of the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Around the country, many practitioners have recently been arrested and tortured. Overseas practitioners in different countries organised strong protests in response, appealing to bring those responsible to justice. -
A European Practitioner: “Let everyone in Paris know the truth about Falun Gong!”

From the 24th to the 28th of January, several incidents of Falun Gong practitioners being arrested and detained for no reason by police on the streets occurred because of the French government’s economic interests and pressure from the Chinese regime. After the incident occurred, Falun Gong practitioners would like to let more French people know the truth about Falun Gong, Jiang Zemin’s ruthless oppression of Falun Gong practitioners, and the unreasonable conduct of the French police. -
Finland: Falun Gong Exercise Class Attracts Public and Media Attention

On February the 21st 2004, a practitioner from the middle of Finland held a Falun Gong exercise class. Most of the participants were glad to learn about Falun Dafa for the very first time. As well as learning the five sets of peaceful and energising exercises, the class attendees heard about the brutal campaign of Genocide that Jiang Zemin launched against Falun Gong practitioners in China. -
Germany: Audience are Touched by Dance Performance Entitled "Release Xiong Wei"

On February the 6th 2004, as part of her university course, a German practitioner had to perform an original 3-minute dance. The song this practitioner picked was “Free Xiong Wei.” A Professor mentioned that because the performance had touched the examiners’ hearts, they hoped that Xiong Wei will be rescued from China and have a bright future.The examination panel awarded this dance first place for excellence and artistic merit. -
Sweden: Letting More People Know About the Cruel Killing of Falun Gong Practitioners in Mainland China

Practitioners in Malmo promoted Falun Gong in Gustav Square in the city centre, to enable local residents to learn about the worsening brutal persecution of practitioners in Mainland China. Many local people asked for the truth-clarification materials, and were attracted by the exercise demonstration. -

2004-02-26The International Conference on “Genocide in the New Era”, organised by “Friends of Falun Gong Europe” and “International Advocates for Justice”, took place in Sweden’s capital, Stockholm from January 26th to January 28th 2004. This is one of the conference speeches by Attorney Ning Ye, entitled "The PRC's Massive Persecution Targeting Falun Gong is a Cime of Gencoide", which was given on the morning of Tuesday January 27th.
