2002-12-31In the two days, several thousand fliers were handed out; nevertheless, some people still couldn’t get one. Whenever practitioners demonstrated the exercises, people crowded around to watch. A cameraman from a local TV station was also attracted by this event and took some footage of the practitioners demonstrating the exercises. -
Italy: Revealing the Truth at a Celebration of the Governing Party in Milan
2002-12-30On December 14 2002, the Milanese branch of Forza Italia, the current ruling party in Italy, held a meeting...Because a practitioner had previously sent materials to them and they had learned about the persecution of Falun Gong on the radio, the organisers asked practitioners if they would like to introduce the situation of Falun Gong to everyone by making a presentation on the stage before the meeting began. -
Denmark: Appealing Against Article 23 in Copenhagen (photos)
2002-12-26Danish practitioners have all come to a clear understanding that Article 23 will allow Jiang Zemin to directly persecute Dafa practitioners in Hong Kong, as well as other groups such as Christians and democrats. Therefore, they have taken the initiative to personally speak to Members of the European Parliament, reveal the truth to local Chinese people and send letters of appeal to Danish Government agencies, parliamentarians and foreign embassies. -

Every day practitioners held an introductory session in a large room nearby where they spent an hour teaching the Falun Gong exercises. They also told the audience about the horrific persecution that is taking place in China at the moment and how millions of innocent Falun Gong practitioners are being persecuted because they want to improve their health and moral standards. -

On December 8, Falun Gong practitioners once again went to the Chinese Embassy in Berlin. They called for the release of Xiong Wei, who was arrested in Beijing last January when she was distributing materials about the truth of persecution of Falun Gong. -

UK: Demonstrating the Dafa Exercises in Harlow Town Centre
2002-12-15The practitioners spoke to the owner of a Chinese herbal medicine shop who had a lot of negative ideas about Falun Dafa. They realised that this is because the man has been affected by the government-controlled media in China, which is used to slander Dafa and spread lies to conceal Jiang Zemin’s horrific crimes against humanity. After the practitioners told this man the facts, he changed his initial misconceptions and in the end agreed that human rights in China is in a terrible situation.
