  • Sweden: Practitioners Celebrate Falun Dafa Day and Thank Master Li

    As the celebrations approached, on April 28, Falun Gong practitioners in Sweden demonstrated group exercises in front of Stockholm’s spectacular City Hall and under the Royal Garden’s beautiful cherry trees, celebrating the upcoming 13th Annual World Falun Dafa Day, and also the 61st birthday of Falun Gong’s founder, Master Li Hongzhi.
  • Turkey: Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of Falun Dafa’s Public Introduction

    To commemorate the 20th anniversary of Falun Dafa’s introduction to the public, Falun Gong practitioners in Turkey held activities on May 6, 2012 at Yesilkoy Beach in the city of Istanbul to introduce Falun Gong and expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) atrocities while persecuting Falun Gong.
  • Ireland: Celebrating World Falun Dafa Day

    The 13th of May 2012 marked the 13th World Falun Dafa Day, the 20th anniversary of the public introduction of Falun Dafa, and the 61st birthday of Master Li Hongzhi, the founder of Falun Dafa. On May 12, Falun Gong practitioners from Ireland held activities on Grafton Street in Dublin, celebrating this holiday.
  • Finland: Introducing Falun Gong at a Community Fair

    On May 5, Falun Gong practitioners in Finland set up a booth at a community fair in Kannelmäki to raise awareness about Falun Gong and expose the brutal persecution in China. Practitioners demonstrated the exercises at the booth, which attracted many tourists. Some local people stopped to learn the exercises.
  • Slovakia: People in Sala Sign Petition Against Persecution of Falun Gong in China

    On the last Saturday in March 2012, in Sala, a small city in western Slovakia, people gathered to sign a petition against the persecution of Falun Gong in China. The persecution is currently not the focus of the media, so local practitioners took the initiative to help stop the cruelty happening in China by informing as many people as possible. Pressure from public opinion can help speed up change.
  • Slovenia: Over 100 Chinese Quit the CCP at Information Event

    After watching the exercise demonstration, one gentleman said the practice was great! People could return to their origins through cultivation! He also said the world needed Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance and that the persecution by the CCP was irrational. He was very happy to see the exercise demonstration.
  • Ukraine: Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong in Donetsk City

    On April 29, 2012, practitioners in Ukraine held activities in Central Park in Donetsk City. They gave out information about the practice of Falun Gong as well as the 13 years of brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners by the Chinese Communist Party.
  • Switzerland: Commemorating April 25 in Berne

    On April 28, Falun Gong practitioners in Switzerland held an activity at the Rose Garden, a famous tourist spot in Berne, to let people know about Falun Gong and expose the 13-year-long persecution to the public. Many tourists were shocked by the brutality of the persecution. Some of them were interested in learning the exercises.
  • Finland: Introducing Dafa and Exposing the Persecution in Helsinki

    Practitioners in Helsinki, Finland gathered at the central railway station on December 31, 2011, to expose the persecution of Falun Gong by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), and to call for people to work together to bring an end to the persecution in China.
  • Sweden: Practitioners Expose the Persecution at a Conference Held by “Support Human Rights in China” Organization

    On December 11, 2011, one day after International Human Rights Day, Sweden's Support Human Rights in China (SHRIC) organization held a conference on Fair Trade at the Stockholm Convention Centre. At the same time, it set up a booth at the Fair Trade Christmas Market to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crimes of suppressing human rights and to remind people that many hand-made products exported from China to Europe and the U.S. were manufactured by prisoners of conscience held in forced labour camps.
  • Poland: Introducing Falun Dafa in Kielce

    On November 26, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners gathered in Kielce, a 900-year-old historic city in Southeast Poland, to introduce Falun Gong to the local people. It was very chilly with a cold breeze blowing when the practitioners arrived in downtown Kielce on a Sunday morning.
  • Italy: Exposing the CCP's Human Rights Abuses in Chinatown, Prato

    The city of Prato, Italy, hosts one of the largest Chinese communities in Europe. In the summertime practitioners assemble in the park on Colombo Street, where Chinese people often gather for social activities. Practitioners display a Falun Gong banner, hand out materials, and practice the five exercises.
  • Finland: Falun Gong Practitioners Collect Signatures on International Human Rights Day

    December 4, 2011 was International Human Rights Day. Falun Gong practitioners from Rovanieni, Finland, took this opportunity to expose the brutal persecution of Falun Gong in China to the public. They collected signatures in support of Falun Gong and called upon Finnish people to help stop the persecution.
  • Germany: Practitioners Hold Activities to Raise Awareness about Falun Gong in Wiesbaden

    On Saturday, November 12, 2011, Falun Gong practitioners in Germany held an "Information Day" event in Wiesbaden, raising awareness about Falun Dafa and exposing the CCP’s twelve-year long, brutal persecution. Despite the cold, many stopped to sign the petition, take materials and ask questions about Falun Dafa. Many wanted to know where they could learn the practice.
  • Finland: Practitioners Raise Awareness about Falun Gong and the Persecution in Rovaniemi

    Rovaniemi, the capital of Northern Finland, hosted the annual “Children's Rights Day” on November 19, 2011. Local people came to downtown in groups of two or three, because Santa Claus comes to meet with children every year this time. At the same time, local Falun Gong practitioners held activities to raise people's awareness about the ongoing persecution in China.
