Russia: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to the 20th Child Expo in Moscow
2008-11-14The 20th Russian Child Expo was held at the All-Russian Exhibition Centre from November 1st until the 5th. With over 120 organisations participating, the Expo attracted a lot of visitors and concluded with great success. Russian Falun Gong practitioners were also invited to participate in the event. -

France: Eutelsat Conference Raises Questions from Angry Shareholders
2008-11-11On the afternoon of November 6th, a Eutelsat shareholder conference was held in Neuilly France. As it was the last conference of 2008, near 200 shareholders from all over the world attended. At the same time, nearly a hundred supporters of the New Tang Dynasty TV (NTDTV) protested outside the conference venue, requesting the satellite company to resume the channel’s broadcast to Asia. -
Switzerland: Story about a New Falun Gong Practitioner

We rode in a Falun Gong practitioner’s car all the way from Switzerland to Strasbourg to participate in a two-day petition in front of the European Parliament. About 50 practitioners from various countries in central Europe took part in the activity. -

2008-11-07On August 16th, 2008, Falun Gong practitioners from Sweden joined a rally at Mynttorg Square in Stockholm. The rally was in support of 41 million Chinese people who have withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and practitioners also exposed cases of forced organ harvesting. -
Ireland: Raising Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong in China During a Cultural Festival
2008-11-06On the 23rd and 24th of August, 2008, the Irish Dun Laoghaire global cultural art festival opened on the seashore, to the south of the capital Dublin. This year, eight hundred artists and thousands of performers from around the world participated. Performances spread over one hundred and fifty sites in the town. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to join the festival, making this the fourth time they had attended. -
Norway: Raising Awareness about the Persecution of Falun Gong Despite Wind and Snow
2008-11-05From September 26th, with the exception of Sunday, two Norwegian Falun Gong practitioners went to the Chinese Embassy in Oslo every day, where they performed the Falun Gong exercises and distributed leaflets to protest against China's brutal persecution of Falun Gong. Some people come to look at the panels and some collect Falun Gong material, the car drivers deliberately slow down and some give the thumbs sign up out of the window to express their understanding and support and some specially come to send greetings. -

Many tourists lined up to sign the petition against the persecution to show their support for Falun Gong practitioners. -
Belgium: Raising Awareness about Falun Gong and the Persecution
2008-11-01The Falun Gong booth was filled with information. Practitioners demonstrated the Falun Gong exercises and showed festival-goers how to fold paper lotus flowers. Others distributed information about the persecution, or promoted the Divine Performing Arts show in Antwerp.
