On May 10, practitioners celebrated Falun Dafa Day at the Moscow Botanical Garden, a famous tourist destination. Practitioners did the traditional Chinese lion dance and a dragon dance and sang.

Falun Gong practitioners in London held activities in Chinatown and St Martins Square to commemorate the 15th anniversary of the peaceful demonstration and call for the end of the 15-year-long persecution, and in particular the forced organ harvesting of living Falun Gong practitioners in China.

The peaceful demonstration of over 10,000 Falun Gong practitioners in Beijing on April 25, 1999, was the beginning of 15 years of non-violent resistance to the brutal persecution of a group of people who follow the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. The event marked a turning point for participants and witnesses alike, and also made a long-lasting impact on the rest of the world.
