At the opening day ceremony, Falun Gong practitioners in Ireland distributed hundreds of copies of the 2013 special edition of Minghui International in English and Chinese. They also handed out beautiful paper lotus flower bookmarks with the words, "Falun Dafa Is Good" printed on them.

Starting on August 31, 2013, Falun Gong practitioners in Spain held two days of activities in the city of Oviedo, which is both the administrative and financial centre of the region, as well as one of the most renowned tourist destinations in the country.

On September 14, 2013, Ukraine held its annual National Sports Festival in Simferopol, the capital of the Crimea. Falun Gong practitioners were invited to participate in the event by the city's Sports and Olympic Offices.

Practitioners in Sweden took part in an annual cultural festival on September 14, 2013, to introduce Falun Gong and raise public awareness about the communist regime's violent suppression of the peaceful meditation practice in China.

The Falun Gong booth attracted a lot of attention from both the locals and international tourists. Practitioners displayed copies of Zhuan Falun in various languages, as well as informational displays about the benefits of Falun Gong and the Chinese Communist Party's brutal persecution of practitioners in China.

Since 2004, The Art of Zhen Shan Ren International Exhibition has toured more than 50 countries throughout the world. “Zhen Shan Ren” translates to “Truthfulness, Compassion, Forbearance,” the main principles of Falun Gong. Artists featured in the exhibition all practise Falun Gong, a spiritual self-cultivation practice of mind and body also known as Falun Dafa.

Falun Gong practitioners in Ukraine hosted "The Art of Zhen, Shan, Ren International Exhibition" on August 9-18, 2013, at the Architecture House, in the former capital city of Kharkov. The exhibition attracted a steady stream of arts enthusiasts, intellectuals, locals, and ethnic Vietnamese living or doing business in the city.

On August 25, local Falun Gong practitioners participated in the parade at the opening of the annual cultural festival in Warsaw, Poland. It was the seventh time that practitioners took part in this event. Practitioners' float and other performances in the parade were well-received. Many people took photos with practitioners and the float at the end of the parade, and learned the exercises.

On August 24, several practitioners in Austria went to the annual Salzburger Festspiele festival to expose the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong in China, including the crime of forced organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. They also collected petition signatures, calling for an immediate end to the persecution.

Practitioners in Germany held a signature drive in the popular resort city of Freiburg on August 17, 2013, to call for an end to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) crime of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners in China.

Practitioners in Switzerland gathered on July 27, 2013, in the capitol city, Zurich, to collect signatures on a petition calling for an end to the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.

On July 28, Falun Gong practitioners in Ukraine held activities in Sevastopol, a popular tourist destination on the Black Sea coast of the Crimean Peninsula. They introduced the practice of Falun Gong and exposed the persecution taking place in China. The practitioners also collected signatures against the persecution.

Practitioners from Europe gathered in Copenhagen, Denmark, on July 20 to exchange cultivation experiences at the 2013 European Falun Dafa Cultivation Experience Sharing Conference.

Nearly 1,000 Falun Gong practitioners gathered in Copenhagen City Hall Square on July 20 for a rally to focus attention on the Chinese Communist Party’s brutal persecution of Falun Gong, especially forced live organ harvesting.

On July 28 2013, Falun Dafa practitioners in Paris held a signature drive at Human Rights Plaza under the Eiffel Tower. The signature drive was initiated by the Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) organization.
