The practitioners’ parade entry, dance and musical performances were highly praised by the organisers, which upset the Chinese Embassy. According to the Thai police, the Chinese Embassy exerted pressure on the police to arrest Falun Gong practitioners. -

Many people passing by and tourists learned about the facts and signed the petition to call for an investigation into the CCP's crimes and taking measures to stop them.
