Russia: St. Petersburg Rally Calls for Attention to Falun Gong Practitioners' Human Rights in China

Some practitioners held banners and talked to people about the inhumane persecution happening in China; others demonstrated the five sets of Falun Gong exercises whilst some practitioners walked to a nearby park and a shopping centre to distribute leaflets. Afterwards, a peaceful vigil took place outside the Chinese Embassy. Practitioners felt that more and more people are starting to learn about Falun Gong and step forward to oppose the genocide against practitioners in China. Lots of people were interested and had questions to ask. They listened very carefully to the answers and then stated that they wanted to help. -

On February 6th 2005, on the eve of the Chinese New Year, Stockholm Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy to make a peaceful appeal. They called for the ongoing brutal persecution against Falun Gong in China to end immediately. -
Sweden: Stories from the Appeal at the Chinese Consulate in Gothenburg
2005-02-13Over the last five years, since Jiang Zemin launched the persecution against Falun Gong, practitioners have been at the Chinese Consulate in Gothenburg appealing for an end to the suffering of the innocent people who practise Falun Gong in China. In an attempt to conceal their violations of human rights and of China’s own constitution, the consulate has now taken action to limit the peaceful appeals. Practitioners received support from politicians and the media, who published several supportive articles exposing the Chinese Communist regime’s attempts to deny people their fundamental human rights. -

Practitioners gathered outside the Chinese Embassy in Stockholm to draw attention to the escalating persecution in China. More than 170 deaths have been reported since the beginning of this year. It is now more than a month since the 200 Falun Gong practitioners in Masanjia Forced Labour Camp in Liaoning Province started their hunger strike and they are now in danger. -

Latvian Falun Gong practitioners gathered at the Chinese Embassy to appeal for an immediate end to the inhumane persecution happening to Falun Gong practitioners in China. Between 200,000 and 1 million have been illegally sent to forced labour camps without trials where human rights workers have documented over 38,000 specific cases of torture or severe abuse. -
Eastern European Falun Gong Practitioners Join the Activities in London
2005-01-25During the 2005 European Falun Dafa Experience Sharing Conference in London, practitioners from Eastern Europe could be seen all over the place, no matter whether it was in the parade, along the Great Wall of Courage, at the various small information points in London or in the pouring rain in Chinatown. Many of them had to overcome economic or other difficulties before they were able to attend the activities in London. -

Facing the street with bumper-to-bumper traffic or the pavement with bustling pedestrians, the practitioners held various posters and banners to quietly expose the facts about Falun Gong to passers-by. Some peacefully demonstrated the five sets of exercises, while others greeted passers-by with kind smiles and handed them flyers, as well as newspapers. -
European Practitioners Peacefully Appeal Outside the Chinese Embassy in London

On January 15th, Falun Dafa practitioners from Europe and all over the world gathered in London to take part in various activities organised to give the people of London a chance to find out about Falun Dafa and the horrific persecution taking place in China. Many tourists took pictures of the Dafa activity to take home and show their friends. People from different countries in Europe and Asia wanted to learn more about the persecution. After they got to know the truth from practitioners or from reading leaflets they showed their support by signing a petition calling for an end to the persecution. -

On the evening of the last day of 2004, Falun Gong practitioners from the Czech Republic and Slovakia gathered at the Chinese Embassy in Slovakia’s capital city, Bratislava. They held a peaceful appeal to raise awareness about the five years of persecution against Falun Gong, a persecution has already taken over 1,200 innocent lives. -

On the 11th of December, practitioners from Munich and nearby cities gathered at the Chinese Consulate in Munich to appeal against the Chinese communist regime’s violation of human rights. They appealed to bring an end to the persecution of Falun Gong and demanded that former communist leader Jiang Zemin be brought to justice. -
Spain: 6-10 Office Representatives from Four Chinese Provinces are Under Investigation by the Spanish Police
2004-12-14On the 29th November, after hearing that four 6-10 Office representatives would be visiting Europe with a tourist group, Spanish Falun Gong practitioners immediately reported to Spain’s Highest Police Office that the four criminals who are persecuting Falun Gong practitioners in China might be entering Spain. In addition, practitioners handed in evidence of the crimes of the four people and testimonies of witnesses to the police, whilst demanding that the police immediately investigate all four of them. -
Holland: During the EU-China Summit, People were Shocked by the Brutal Persecution Against Falun Gong Practitioners in China

On the 8th of December, during the EU-China summit, Falun Gong practitioners from Holland, Belgium and Germany held an anti-torture exhibition on the square outside the Houses of Parliament in The Hague. This was the third day of activities in the square for Falun Gong practitioners, continuing their efforts to raise awareness of the persecution. -
Sweden: Falun Gong practitioners Appeal at Stockholm City Hall during the Nobel Peace Prize Banquet on World Human Rights Day

On the 10th of December, World Human Rights Day, Falun Gong-practitioners appealed at Stockholm City Hall during the Nobel Peace Prize Banquet held in the Blue Hall. The guests at the Nobel Banquet and people passing by clearly saw the practitioners’ peaceful appeal about twenty metres away from the entrance to the hall. -
Holland: Practitioners Request Human Rights Violator Bo Xilai is Expelled from the Country during EU-China Summit

Falun Gong practitioners peacefully appealed outside the EU-China trade talk venue by displaying banners, demonstrating the five sets of exercises, welcoming Wen Jiabao, requesting that human rights violator Bo Xilai be expelled from Holland and calling for chief persecutors Jiang Zemin, Luo Gan, Liu Jing and Zhou Yongkang to be brought to justice.
