  Dafa practitioners broadcasted truth-clarifying TV programs in Xushui County. When the police realized what they were doing, they dispatched several cars loaded with armed policemen to arrest them. On three different occasions, the policemen drove their cars into the practitioners' mini-van and opened fire at the practitioners.   Since August 1999 Dafa practitioner Yu Zhenyi has been persecuted. Despite pleas from his family members the police would not release him and continued to torture him. Due to his serious condition he was sent to hospital where unknown fluids were forcibly injected into his brain. Due to his severe condition the hospital then refused to "treat" him furthur and he was sent home. He died on June 14, 2002.
