Daqing City Police Torture Yang Yuhua to Death and Refuse to Return Her Body to the Family (Photo)

On May 12, 2005, police killed Ms Yang Yuhua from Daqing City during a force-feeding torture session in the Daqing City Detention Centre. After her death, the police refused to return her body to her family. According to an eyewitness, she was emaciated, her mouth and eyes were wide open, and her facial expression was that of being in extreme agony. -
Two Practitioners from Hebei Province Died Due to Persecution

Practitioners Mr. Liu Hongsheng and Mr. Li Xirui, both from Fucheng County, passed away in 2003 and 2004 respectively due to persecution. Mr. Liu Hongsheng was detained in a brainwashing class for a month, then harassed by police. He suffered tremendous physical and psychological pain and died on September 25, 2003. Mr. Li Xirui also suffered extensive physical and mental difficulties and passed away in 2004. -
Twenty-Seven Elderly Falun Dafa Practitioners Die as a Result of Prolonged Persecution
2005-06-1585 year old Mr. Yang Tongwu, was from Shandong Province. During the early stages of the persecution in 1999, he was compelled to give up practising Falun Dafa. He was forced to stand barefoot on an asphalt road on hot days at noon, which burned his feet and made them swell up. His grandson was supposed to join the army in 2003. Mr. Yang was once again told to give up his belief, or the army would reject his grandson. As a result, he gave up the practice. He also missed his daughter, who had been detained for over three years. The prolonged stress under this persecution took its toll on him, and he passed way in April 2005. -
Within 5 Days of Beginning to Practise Falun Gong, a Woman Dies of Persecution Suffered in Police Custody
2005-06-1442 year odl Ms Li Hui obtained a Falun Gong exercise VCD and found that the exercises benefited her greatly. Her entire body became relaxed. Therefore, she began to practise Falun Gong. But when the police found that she had the book "Zhuan Falun" in her possession, she was persecuted to death within five days of practising Falun Gong in police custody. The police asked the pathologist to perform an post- mortem. The falsified death diagnosis was "death by drowning." -
Practitioner Ms. Wang Aihua's Life is in Danger
2005-06-14Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Aihua has been arrested twice and tortured many times for practising Falun Dafa and following the principles of "Truthfulness, Benevolence and Forbearance" to become a better person. On March 7, 2003, she was sentenced to eight years in prison and sent to the Heilongjiang Women's Prison located in Harbin City. In the prison, Ms. Wang was tortured again with various vicious methods resulting in several heart attacks. Her life is now in danger. -
Ms Zhang Shufen From Heilongjiang Province Recalls Her Detention and Torture Experiences
2005-06-14Ms Zhang Shufen was imprisoned many times and suffered relentless torture and persecution. She recounts experiences in Harbin's Women's prison, " six people holding handcuffs in their hands jumped on me and began torturing me. They handcuffed my hands behind my back, with one hand over my shoulder and the other hand against my lower back. Jailed criminals held an electrical baton to torture me. They pushed me down onto the floor, sometimes with my face up, sometimes with my face down. They kicked and ruthlessly beat me. While beating me a criminal said, "This is precisely hell on earth."" -
Ms. Xiao Guifang from Sichuan Province, Was Arrested for Distributing the Nine Commentaries and Suffered an Untimely Death Due to Persecution
2005-06-1455 year old Ms. Xiao Guifang was arrested and persecuted for distributing the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. She suffered brutal physical and spiritual persecution at the hands of police Public Security and the 610 Office, was harassed to the point that she could endure it no longer and suffered an untimely death as a result of persecution on May 11, 2005. -
Five Practitioners, Cured of Incurable Illnesses after Practising Falun Dafa, Died Under Enormous Emotional Stress of the Persecution
2005-06-13Ms. Wang Xiulan, 42, was a bank employee in Xizang Autonomous Region. She had hyperthyroidism and lung cancer. She was so ill that she went to her hometown of Linyi City, Shandong Province to make funeral arrangements. On February 20, 1999, Ms. Wang started practising Falun Dafa. Three days later, she was able to get out of bed and move around. Half a year later, she went to the hospital for an exam and found that all her illnesses had disappeared. However, she died on May 4, 2002 under the threats and harassment of the persecutors. -
The Enslavement of Falun Dafa Practitioners in Wangcun Forced Labour Camp (Photos)
2005-06-12He Weicheng, a Falun Gong practitioner, was illegally sentenced to a forced labour camp in 2002 and detained in Wangcun Forced Labour Camp. In July 2002, he was forced to do slave labour, producing various glass products for Zibo Jiaye Company. It was said that these products would be exported to the U.S., South Korea, and other countries. -
Two Falun Dafa Practitioners from Shenyang and Dalian Are Missing
2005-06-12Ms. Zhao Lixuan is 34 years old from Shenyang City. The police sent her to the "Legal Training Class" in Longshan Forced Labour Camp, Shenyang City, even though she was still breast-feeding her son. Due to the torture, Zhao Lixuan became extremely frail. With the promise of her family members to watch her closely, she was released in mid-September 2000. On the afternoon of October 19, her mother was talking with neighbours. When her mother turned around, she could not find Zhao Lixuan. Ms. Zhao's whereabouts are still unknown. -
Zhangjiakou Practitioner Mrs Bai Junjie Suffers Inhuman Persecution in Prison
2005-06-12Since March 1, 2005, Mrs. Bai Junjie has been unjustly held in the Taihang Women's Prison. Under orders from the warden there are six to seven "transformed" former practitioners that surround Mrs. Bai Junjie daily to brainwash her. Director Yan Xiuqing stated that they would not stop until they had "transformed" her. Under the brutal persecution, Mrs. Bai has suffered greatly, both physically and mentally. Her blood pressure went up to 240-250, and her heart showed abnormalities. She has no freedom whatsoever and her family is not allowed to visit her. -
Initial Investigation Report on the Death of Ms. Wang Lixuan and Her Son
2005-06-11Ms. Wang Lixuan was 27 years old. Her son Meng Hao was only eight months old. In October 2000, Ms. Wang Lixuan went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa. She took her son with her, holding him in her arms. On the morning of November 7, 2000, they were arrested by police on Tiananmen Square. Police took her to the Yantai Development Region's Beijing Liaison Office located on the 18th floor. Around 4 p.m., Ms. Wang Lixuan and her son plunged to their deaths from the 18th floor of that building. The circumstances of Ms. Wang Lixuan's and her baby son's death have still not been properly investigated. -
Eight Dafa Practitioners Died as a Result of Persecution in Heibei, Liaoning, Heilongjiang and Sichuan Provinces
2005-06-11Mr. Li Maoxun, 70 years old and a retired worker of the Dalian City Procuratorate in Liaoning Province, firmly cultivated Falun Gong, which resulted in a forced labour sentence and illegal incarceration at the Dalian Detention Centre for a year and a half. His son and daughter were sentenced to three years of forced labour since they had appealed on behalf of Falun Dafa in Beijing. The prolonged persecution and frequent attacks made Mr. Li ill. He passed away on March 31, 2005. -
Twenty-Three Falun Dafa Practitioners in Guangdong Province, Shanghai, Hebei Province, Shandong Province Passed Away Under Persecution
2005-06-11Practitioner Ms. Li Cuiyan, 48 years old, worked at the Qinhuangdao City Oil Piping Bureau in Hebei Province. She went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa and was brutally tortured. In August 2000 she was locked up in a detention centre. The guards beat her for practising the Falun Gong exercises. She held a hunger strike and was savagely beaten and force-fed by several guards. She was later sent to the notorious Changli County Brainwashing Class in Qinhuangdao City. After her release, the perpetrators continued to monitor and follow her, and she lived under tremendous mental pressure. She fell from the top of a five-story building and was paralysed. After four years of suffering, she passed away in March 2005. -
Four Cases of Falun Gong Practitioners Missing in Changchun, Hunan Province, and Other Places
2005-06-11Ms. Xu Yaoxian aged 48, of Jiamusi, retired from the Huimin Food Plant in 1992. After she divorced in 1993, she became a single-parent of a boy. Ms. Xu started practising Falun Dafa in 1996 and went to Beijing to appeal. She was arrested twice, and detained for 15 days. She spent more than two months in jail the first time and was sent to a forced labour camp the second time where she remained until June 2001. Ms. Xu disappeared on October 7, 2002. No one has seen or heard from her since then.
