Dafa Practitioner Ms Jiang Lanying from Jiangxi Province Persecuted to the Brink of Death
2005-09-23
On June 1st 2005, more than ten police officers took the parents of Ms Jiang Lanying to the labour camp hospital. Jiang was bound to a bed and was forced to take injections. The officers said, "We will not set her free until she dies." At that time police officer Wang Wei viciously claimed, "I don't care whether you sue me. I just want to let her die." On August 16th, her family received notice that she was in extreme life threatening condition, but were not allowed to visit the hospital to see her. -
Vicious Acts of Police at the Tianjin City Prison
2005-09-23Under the leadership of the prison Chief, prison guards were urged to viciously persecute Dafa practitioners. They subjected the practitioners to all kinds of brutal tortures if those practitioners refused to "reform." Among the torture instruments is small stool, which is 5 centimetres (2 inches) wide, 15 centimetres (6 inches) long, 5 centimetres (2 inches) high. Practitioners were forced to sit on this stool daily for over 15 or 16 hours, with their backs straight and feet extending 30 centimetres (12 inches) from the stool. Practitioner Liu Zhengang's bottom had rotted and thus suffered from an infection. Still they didn't release him. -
Practitioner Mr. Wang Xinchun, Who Lost His Feet as a Result of Persecution, Was Tortured Again on a Metal Rack

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Xinchun who already lost his feet from the persecution, was arrested again on April 9th 2005 at a shoe-repair shop. The enforcers held him at the Jinshantun Detention Centre where he was tied onto a "big hard rack" for more than five days. This rack was specially made for torturing Dafa practitioners. -
In Memory of Mr. Ma Jujun, a Falun Dafa Practitioner from Xinjiang Province
2005-09-22"Because Mr. Ma Jujun constantly appealed for Dafa, corrupt officials sentenced him to two years in a labour camp. After his release, the 610 Office arrested him and sent him to a brainwashing centre for further persecution. Because he was steadfast in his belief, he was frequently trailed, monitored, harassed and threatened. Later, he was arrested and sent to the Mental Hospital in Urumchi where he suffered inhuman torture. He was persecuted to death on September 27th 2004." -
Ms. Wang Li Detained for Five and a Half Years
2005-09-22During the past 6 years, practitioner Ms. Wang Li has only been able to live at home for nine months. She is still in the Liaoning Province Women's Prison and is currently locked in a small cell in isolation. Every time the family talks about Wang, they cry a lot. Wang's mother-in-law repeatedly said, "My daughter is very capable and devoted to her parents. Now see how much she is suffering in there!" Wang's mother-in-law not only misses Wang, but also has to take care of her young granddaughter as well as support a broken home that used to be happy and blessed. -
Four Practitioners from Heilongjiang Province Who Passed Away Under Persecution
2005-09-22In December 2000, 55-year-old Ms. Sun Guilan set out to Beijing to appeal for Dafa, but some police officers arrested her on the train and sent her to the police station. Ms. Sun refused to reveal her name or address so the police punched and kicked her. After four days the police stripped her of her clothing and threw her onto the snowy ground in the middle of nowhere and left her there. With painstaking effort, Sun Guilan managed to return home. For the next few years Ms. Sun suffered the persecution by being continually harassed by police. She eventually had to leave home and live in a homeless situation. Under the enormous pressure and hardship, she passed away on June 1st 2003. -

2005-09-21On August 25th 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Shi Shengying's family members received a phone call from the police at the Liaoning Province Women's Prison, informing them that Shi Shengying had passed away and her body was at the hospital. When Shi Shengying's family saw her body, it showed many injuries, old and new: an old wound on her left side rib area, her throat showed a blue-black semi-circle, and below her throat was a fresh-looking, blood stained square wound. It was suspected that the above were signs of being suffocated while been physically assaulted. -
Torture Death of Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Yuan Qingjiang
2005-09-21
Mr Yuan Qingjiang was tortured to death on July 23rd 2005, at the Daqing Prison. When Mr. Yuan's family finally saw his body, they saw a big hole above the big toe of the right foot; the legs, particularly the right leg, were black and blue; the skin near the left pelvis area was missing and the flesh was exposed. Friends who went with the family said, "Look, he was murdered." -
Six Elderly Practitioners from Shaanxi Province Who Died as a Result of the Persecution
2005-09-21Ms. Li died in her 70s. After the government of China started its persecution of Falun Gong on July 20th 1999, the police often harassed her at her home. Her husband fell prey to the CCP's poisonous lies about Falun Gong, so he took Falun Gong books from her and forbade her from practising Falun Gong. After Ms. Li witnessed Falun Gong practitioners around her being arrested and tortured, she passed away in grief and anguish. -
Four Practitioners from Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Henan and Jilin Provinces Persecuted to Death
2005-09-21Mr. Xu Siming was a practitioner from Jilin Province. In December 2000, Mr. Xu went to Beijing twice to appeal on behalf of Falun Gong. After he returned, he kept telling people the facts about the persecution. In 2002, he was detained during the massive arrest of practitioners after the Changchun Cable TV station was tapped and a Falun Gong TV programme was aired. Afterwards, the local police and the local residential committee frequently harassed, followed and monitored him. Mr. Xu suffered a great deal physically and mentally, and he passed away in June 2005. -
Mr. Jiang Chenggang from Guizhou Province Tortured to Death
2005-09-20
63-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Jiang Chenggang from Guizhou Province, who firmly cultivated in the practice of Falun Dafa, was abused by Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials for a long time. He endured numerous forms of torture in the labour camp including being drugged with an unknown substance, which left him with memory loss, and he drooled involuntarily. He died on October 18, 2004. -
Experiences of Practitioner Mr. Zhang Xiaodong from Gansu Province, Who Died in Detention in 2003
2005-09-20Mr. Zhang Xiaodong travelled between a few townships to expose the persecution. Meanwhile, the police were looking for him and deceived and tricked his family, who don't practise Dafa. His family helped the police find Mr. Zhang, and the police took him away. Mr. Zhang was sentenced to six years of imprisonment. During his last two years in prison, Mr. Zhang suffered all kinds of torture and abuse. On October 24th 2003, Mr. Zhang died in the No. 1 Detention Centre, so thin he looked like a skeleton. -
Five Falun Dafa Practitioners Die Due to Persecution
2005-09-20In April 2001, the police sentenced Mr. Wang Shize to two years of forced labour for practising Falun Dafa and detained him in a detention centre. Because he refused to give up his cultivation and did not cooperate with the persecutors in the detention centre, the police beat him many times. On January 29th 2002, a policeman kicked Mr. Wang's head and body several times with his leather shoes. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Wang Shize passed away. Later the police lied about the incident, claiming that Mr. Wang died of a stroke when he was using the toilet. They also had the nerve to ask Mr. Wang's family members for the funeral expenses. -
More Facts on the 2002 Torture Death of Falun Dafa Practitioner Sun Jihong
2005-09-20Sun Jihong, 40, was chief of the Huanan Forestry Bureau Police Station in Heilongjiang Province. He was imprisoned many times because of his belief in Falun Gong. On September 25th 2002, Sun Jihong was again detained and imprisoned in Beijing. After four days of torture, Sun Jihong died on September 29th. There was a hole in his forehead, six holes in his cheeks, and his body was covered with cuts and bruises. -
Recalling the Dreadful Days When I Lived and Was Persecuted in China
2005-09-19"After I came to Canada in 2005, my health and spirit visibly improved the moment I arrived here. The most important thing is that in Canada, one can freely practise Falun Gong because Canada respects one's freedom of belief. I cannot help but shudder whenever I think about my days under the persecution in China. Under the persecution, my husband was murdered, my son and daughter-in-law could not find a job, we could not visit our friends and relatives, and my son and I could not go back home. I don't want to keep the memory of that terror in my mind."
