Cases of Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Guangdong Province

Dafa practitioner Mr. Zeng Yuwen from Sanxiang, Zhongshan, Guangdong Province used to live in Zijin, Heyuan. He went to Beijing three times to appeal against the persecution of Falun Dafa. The third time in June 2000, the persecutors put him on a train going back to Guangdong Province. During the trip, Zeng Yuwen jumped from train's toilet window in an attempt to escape his illegal arrest, and unfortunately, died in the attempt. -

2003-10-08Practitioner Ms. Zhao Aiguo from Jilin City, was cruelly tortured by Zhu Zhishan. She was hung up, nails were driven into her fingers, her palms were burnt with fire, her toenails were pulled out with pliers, and more. After she was beaten to the brink of death, she was sent to Shuangyang Detention Centre. At the beginning of August 2002, she was dispatched to the Provincial Public Security Hospital; her condition became critical. What happened after that is unclear. -

2003-10-06The camp police locked female Dafa practitioners into male criminals' cells and instigated the male prisoners to rape them. They also forced Dafa practitioners to wear insulated clothing in the scorching sun, and forced Dafa practitioners to wear shoes with protruding, hidden nails. Two prisoners dragged each practitioner to make him/her run. Furthermore, the evildoers almost blinded Dafa practitioners with intense light and other despicable means. -
Practitioners Become Blind, Deaf and Mute Following Torture and Beatings in Yueyang Area, Hunan Province
2003-10-06Two policemen from Yuping Town, Pingjiang County, stripped Falun Dafa practitioners down to their underwear when it was snowing. One policeman punched a Dafa practitioner's temples several times and the practitioner became blind instantly as a result. The pair used to rob the practitioners of their money and valuables and then put them in custody where they extorted more money from them. Practitioner Hu Xuanju, over sixty years old, was tortured to the point that he became deaf and mute. -
Tragic Story of the Life and Death of Most Outstanding Teacher of Huangguang Industry School in Hubei Province
2003-10-05Ouyang Ming's face became unrecognizable due to the beatings. His face was beaten so badly that the bleeding couldn't be stopped for over two hours. His whole body was swollen, the skin ruptured and the flesh burst. Later on, his hands and feet were shackled separately. Additionally, the police put a third set of handcuffs through the two shackles (with a total weight of about 70-80lbs). Since he was unable to stand upright, he had to crawl. -
Atrocities in Zhangshu City Detention Centre: 71 Year Old Woman Tortured to Death and Other Horrifying Reports
2003-10-0571-year-old Ms. Tang Jinmei is a Dafa practitioner from the Shatianli district in Zhangshu City. She went to Beijing to appeal for Falun Gong and clarify the truth. After that she was illegally detained in Zhangshu City Detention Centre for over seven months. The police said during the interrogation, "You will be allowed to go home if you stop practising Falun Gong." This older woman said she would not give up her belief. The callous police then said that they would let her die in the detention centre. -
Murder of Dafa Practitioner at Tangshan City Labour Camp
2003-10-04After Meng Jincheng died, the perpetrators notified his family to go to a hospital to see his body, but they only let the family look from behind a glass window outside the ward. The family could only see the back of the head. The perpetrators also asked the family for money. Because the family refused to pay, the heartless authorities had the body cremated immediately. The ashes are still being held in Tangshan City. -
Details of How Jiaozuo City Dafa Practitioner Ms. Bai Aixiang Was Tortured to Death by Police
2003-10-04The police dispatched many policemen to the hospital; however, they didn't allow other people, including Bai's family members, to see her. Bai stopped breathing, but the Chief of the Jiaozuo City Police Bureau at Shanyang District, Liu Shizhen who was in charge of the case was trying to cover up his crimes. "Rescue her no matter what it takes," he said in front of people who didn't know the truth. There were many people in the hallway at that time. In order to block the information, the policemen forcibly sent her body to be autopsied and then cremated it. -

One Female Falun Gong Practitioner Tortured to Death: the Rest of the Family Unjustly Detained in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region
2003-10-03The Dayangshu policemen could not find Mr. Li Jinrong, so they detained his eldest son in the detention centre as a hostage, and his son did not even practise Falun Gong. After learning the news, Mr. Li Jinrong went back to ask for the release of his son, and was thus captured by the police. His son was released after being held for 15 days, but Li Jinrong wasn't set free until 8 months later, and only then after his family continually demanded his release. -

2003-10-03When she was sent to the hospital, the doctor told her that she must receive immediate medical treatment within one hour the next time she suffers the same symptoms, otherwise she faced the danger of going blind. When the doctor inquired as to how she had received such an injury, Sun Limin, the policeman who accompanied her, stopped her from telling the doctor. By this time, Shan Jinying could no longer eat any food. She required two people's help to hold her up, and she was emaciated. -
Disgusting Atrocities in a Tangshan Detention Centre: Hammering Nails Through Bones and Force Feeding With Human Excrement
2003-10-02Mr. Sun Jianzhong was tortured close to death. His wicked captors decided to let him go and contacted his family to take him home. Mr. Sun was allowed thirteen days at home, until the policemen saw that he did not die. They went to his home and arrested Mr. Sun again, detaining him once more in the First Detention Centre, only to sadly endure more torture. Mr. Sun took part in a hunger strike while in captivity. This caused the disgusting policemen to force feed excrement and other solutions into Mr. Sun's stomach.
