Detailed Information about the Death of Yu Tianyong, a Dafa Practitioner in Mishan City who Died from Persecution in 2002

On January 1st, 2001, Mr. Yu Tianyong was arrested in Harbin City. The court sentenced him to 10 years on illegal charges and he was imprisoned in The Third Jail of Harbin City. Due to imprisonment and persecution for an extended period, Yu suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis and was released on bail for medical treatment. During this period, police came to constantly harass him. After one month, police arrested Yu again and imprisoned him in Wanjia Hospital for so-called medical treatment. Two months later, on May 22nd, 2002, Yu died from persecution in the hospital. -
Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Wang Yunjie Died as a Result of Torture Suffered at the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp
2006-08-12Practitioner Ms. Wang Yunjie was arrested from work in 2002. She was sentenced to forced labour. Ganjingzi District Police Department agents from Dalian City pronounced the sentence and took her to the Masanjia Forced Labour Camp. The guards barbarically tortured her, which resulted in ulceration of her breasts. She died in July 2006. -
Ms. Zheng Xiaohua Tortured to Death
2006-08-12In October 2002, Ms. Zheng Xiaohua carried her daughter with her to Beijing to appeal for Falun Dafa, and was arrested on Tiananmen Square. Local policemen took her back and detained her in the detention centre, where she was beaten by prisoners and abused badly. In February 2003, she was sentenced to 18 months of forced labour and locked in the Baimalong Labour Camp. Inside the camp, Ms. Zheng Xiaohua was threatened by her monitors and tortured by not being allowed to sleep. She was forced to stand facing the wall, forced to sit on a small stool, and punched and kicked at will, resulting in severe mental and physical damage. In October 2003, because they were afraid that she would die in the camp, the camp administration let her family pick her up to shed the responsibility. She died on May 17th, 2006. -
A Necklace Stained by Torture with Tears of Blood (Photos)

This is the necklace woven by Ms. Sun Yan, a Falun Gong practitioner, while she was being detained at Longshan Detention Centre. She wove this necklace with compassion to be given as a gift to her fellow practitioner, Ms. Gao Rongrong. Guards shocked Ms. Gao continuously for about 7 to 8 hours with electric batons, so that her face became seriously damaged. Ms. Gao Rongrong has passed away, but Ms. Sun Yan is still detained and persecuted at Masanjia Prison. -
Seven Years of Persecution Before Ms. Gao Huifang Died
2006-08-11Ms. Gao Huifang, 48 years old, was sent to a psychiatric hospital on three occasions and also was detained twice in the Nanmusi Female Detention Centre in Zizhong. While she was in detention, her husband was forced to divorce her. On June 29th, 2006, Gao Huifang was arrested by police in Longchang Town . At noon of that day, she died. We appeal to the international community and call for all good people to pay attention to what happened to this female Falun Gong practitioner. -
Elderly Ms Quan Huiping of Hunan Province Suffers Persecution for Seven Years - Husband Dies Unjustly
2006-08-10My name is Ms. Quan Huiping, and I am retired. During the seven years since the persecution began on July 20th, 1999, I have been arrested, detained, locked up and kept in a forced labour camp over a dozen times, only because of my belief in Falun Dafa. In February 2002 the police locked me up. Unable to deal with the blow of my being detained once again, my husband passed away in the afternoon of February 9th. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-08-09Ms. Tian Shuqin, 64 years old, was imprisoned and persecuted in Dalian Detention Centre and Dalian Forced Labour Camp four times since July 20th, 1999. Once when she was sent to Masanjia Forced Labour Camp, the labour camp administration refused to take her in because she was extremely weak. Members from the community centre and the local police often tried to force her to write the so-called "four statements." During the six years of persecution, Tian Shuqin suffered because of her persistence in practising Falun Gong. Ms. Tian Shuqin died on November 5th, 2005. -
Blood and Tears in Yanji: Crimes Committed by the Yanji City State Security Group and Police Station Branches
2006-08-08Since 2001, many practitioners have been arrested by the Yanji City State Security Group and were sentenced without evidence of committing a crime. For hanging Falun Gong banners and/or distributing Falun Dafa leaflets exposing the persecution, Jin Dejun, Hao Yunqiang (since persecuted to death), Xing Yuanjun, Guo Peijun, and other practitioners were sentenced from seven to nine years of imprisonment at Jilin Prison. They were tortured at the State Security Group with brutal methods after being arrested, and their painful screaming was heard all over the detention centre. -
Elderly Shenyang Falun Gong Practitioner Gao Youlan Passed Away as a Result of Persecution
2006-08-06Since the persecution of Falun Gong was launched in July 1999, Ms. Gao Youlan and her entire family started making leaflets to tell people the facts of the persecution. On October 26th, 2000, police suddenly broke into her home, and arrested Ms. Gao, her husband and their son. The home was ransacked, and computers, printers and Falun Dafa books were confiscated. On another occasion she was sentenced to a one-year forced labour term. After her release she was very worried about the safety of her son and daughter-in-law. Her health was deteriorating. She succumbed to lung cancer, and died on May 27th, 2006 at the age of 64. -
Li Guoshun Persecuted to Death, Family Members Forced to Remain Silent
2006-08-05Falun Dafa practitioner Li Guoshun was arrested and imprisoned by police on August 23rd, 2004. He went on a hunger strike to protest and was persecuted to death on October 14th, 2004. Recently, the town police chief had someone convey a message to Li Guoshun's mother that if some people came to investigate Li Guoshun's case or asked about anything related to Falun Gong, she had to reply, "I don't know." Li Guoshun died a tragic death, and he was cremated by the authorities. His family members have not seen any medical records or postmortem examination reports. So far, they have no place to appeal, and their injustice cannot be redressed. -
The Mysterious Death of Guizhou Province Practitioner Mr. Ye Fenglin at the Zhongba Forced Labour Camp
2006-08-0444-year-old Mr. Ye Fenglin was persecuted at Zhongba Forced Labour Camp in 2002. In mid-June of 2002, he suffered sickness symptoms of fever and sweating. When he felt better two days later (on June 23rd), he was sent to the hospital of the labour camp, then passed away there on the night of June 26th. The person on duty that night at the hospital said, "He (Ye Fenglin) was chatting with us for a long time that evening, and went to bed after eleven o'clock. He was totally fine then. Why did he pass away so suddenly the next day? There must be some problems..." Upon his death, the authorities cremated Ye Fenglin's body without informing his wife (also a practitioner). Could the above evidence about Ye Fenglin's mysterious death have anything to do with the allegations of live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China? -
81-Year-Old Practitioner Dies As a Result of Persecution
2006-08-0481-year-old Ms Sun Guizhi had suffered from a number of ailments since her youth. These all disappeared after she began practising Falun Gong, however, and she no longer needed to take pills to maintain a normal life. After the persecution of Falun Gong began, an official from Ms. Sun's former workplace believed the lies of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and became hostile to practitioners. Ms Sun was supposed to receive a special New Year fund for elderly couples without children, but the official denied that there was any money for her. She became very depressed after this and died on March 9th, 2006. -
Liu Wenzhong from Inner Mongolia Persecuted to Death
2006-08-04After the persecution began in July 1999, 52-year-old Mr. Liu Wenzhong was arrested many times. Mr. Liu's department shop, which is worth millions of dollars, was forcibly closed, causing a great economic loss (estimated at 800,000 yuan) and interruption to the local people's lives. Liu Wenzhong was sentenced to three years of forced labour and sent to Wuyuan Labour Camp to be persecuted. During his detention there the police extorted over 40,000 yuan from him. He was also forced to do intensive labour. Because he refused to be "transformed," he was beaten and subjected to various types of torture. Under such huge pressure and severe persecution, he passed away on July 9th, 2006. -
Elderly Practitioner Wang Xinfeng from Shandong Province Dies as a Result of Persecution
2006-08-04Ms. Wang Xinfeng, 69, went to Beijing to appeal for Dafa and police arrested her. Chief Liu Yongtao detained her in a small room in the backyard. All four walls of her detention cell had gaps and the wind blew through them. The authorities didn't even offer her food. In the winter nights, Ms. Wang slept on the cold cement floor. In 2004 seven or eight policemen to broke into her home and Ms. Wang Xinfeng was so scared that she collapsed to the ground. After that, her old illnesses recurred and she couldn't take care of herself anymore. Ms. Wang passed away on June 29th, 2006. -
Husband Persecuted to Death, Wife Detained in a Forced Labour Camp
2006-08-02On October 31str, 2001 when I was distributing leaflets exposing the persecution, policeman Wang Xiaodong saw me and arrested me. Officials from the County Public Security Bureau sentenced me to one year in a forced labour camp and sent me to the Heizhuizi Labour Camp in Changchun. The wardens there appeared decent on the surface but behind the scenes they did evil things with utmost cruelty and with no mercy at all. Practitioners were forced to work for sixteen or seventeen hours a day. If they couldn't finish the job or refused to cooperate, the wardens shocked them with electric batons. My husband was brutally persecuted in the Jiutai Labour Camp and his former liver disease relapsed. He passed away on November 28th, 2004.
