Guard at Qiqihar Forced Labour Camp Reveals the Truth About Wang Guofang's Death
2006-07-14
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Guofang, who was in her forties, was from Daqing City. In 2004, she was tortured to death in Qiqihar Forced Labour Camp (formerly known as Shuanghe Forced Labour Camp). In the labour camp, Wang Guofang was tortured while in handcuffs, had the bottom of her feet burned with machines that emit heat, and was starved for days simply because she refused to give up practising Falun Gong. The labour camp was afraid that her family members would hold them accountable for her death, so they took the body to a hospital in Qiqihar City and created false evidence, claiming that Wang Guofang died from cardiac arrest. -
Falun Gong Practitioner Ms. He Yanxuan from the Yubei District in Chongqing City Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-07-13Chinese Communist Party officials ransacked the home of Falun Gong practitioner Ms. He Yanxuan in Chongqing City six times and sentenced her to two years of forced labour. Ms. He was savagely tortured at the Maojiashan Women’s Forced Labour Camp and suffered severe physical and mental impairment. Even though she was bedridden, more than ten officials ransacked her home again on September 28th, 2005, and threatened her. Ms. He Yanxuan passed away on April 24th, 2006. -
Four Practitioners from Heilongjiang and Xinjiang Provinces who Passed Away After Suffering Persecution
2006-07-12Ms. Guo Yongzhen was a 73-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner from Heilongjiang Province. On May 1st, 2005, Guo Yongzhen and her younger daughter (also a Dafa practitioner) were arrested at the train station because they had a Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party CD in their bag. Her daughter was sentenced to two years in prison without any legal proceedings. During the past year Guo Yongzhen had been under a lot of pressure. She missed her daughter, and seeing her 8-year-old grandson only made it worse. She always felt responsible for her daughter’s detention. Due to the mental pressure she was under, her health deteriorated and she passed away on May 29th, 2006. -
Mr. Tan Xueli Tortured to Death after Six Days in Yongchuan Prison
2006-07-11Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Tan Xueli lived in Sichuan Province. He used to spend all his money on doctors, but was never cured. After practising Falun Dafa, however, his illnesses went away. On the evening of July 24th, 2005, Mr. Tan Xueli was arrested. He was sentenced to prison, and sent to Yongchuan Prison in Chongqing City on June 13th, 2006. He was tortured to death on June 19th, only six days after being admitted to the prison. His body was covered with wounds, the details of which are yet to be investigated. -
Older Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Lu Huiping Tortured to Death in 2000
2006-07-11On the afternoon of November 14th, 2000, Ms. Lu Huiping was reported for distributing leaflets exposing the persecution and arrested. Her daughter's wedding was scheduled on November 21st so her family paid 8,000 yuan to bail her out, and promised to send her back after the wedding. During the two whole days she was detained in the County Police Department, Ms. Lu Huiping was tortured severely, causing her mind to be unclear, after which she suffered a mental collapse. She died on November 23rd, 2000, at the age of 51. -
Additional Information on the Death of Practitioner Ms. Xiao Shufen from Heilongjiang Province
2006-07-11Since July 20th, 1999 when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong, Xiao Shufen, 66, had been to Beijing to appeal for Dafa many times. She often spoke to people about the facts of Falun Dafa and therefore was arrested six times. On February 19th, 2005, Ms. Xiao Shufen, who had the symptom of high blood pressure and was detained on the fourth floor for sick people, was forcefully sent to the third floor. Then Zhang Xiaoying ordered the prisoners to cover her with a cotton bed cover and drag her to the third floor. They hurt her lower back on the stairs. On May 28th, 2006, Xiao Shufen's children visited their mother in the prison. They never expected to receive the bad news on June 8th that her mother was dead. -
Five Practitioners from Guizhou, Chongqing, Heilongjiang and Hebei Provinces Who Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-07-11Ms. Mu Liangyao, over 60 years old, went to Beijing to the Appeal Office to tell of the benefits of practising Falun Gong. As a result, she was abducted by the police and sent back to her hometown and then sent to a forced labour camp. A guard shocked her mouth with an electric-shock baton. In December 2001, Mu Liangyao's home was ransacked. They seized some leaflets exposing the persecution and used her possession of them as an excuse to send her to a forced labour camp for three years. During the three years she suffered brutal torture. Mu Liangyao firmly believed in Dafa and refused to be "transformed." She had severe damage to her head that led to a tumour. In April 2005, she died in the prison. -
Ms. Liu Lihua Tortured to Death in Wuhan City
2006-07-08Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Lihua had been tortured multiple times. She was tied to the Death Bed, tortured with the big hang up in a detention centre, and was locked in a small dark cell for refusing to accept the brainwashing in Wuhan City's Hewan Forced Labour Camp. Ms. Liu was brutally force-fed because she was on hunger strike and also tortured with four months of sleep deprivation. She became as thin as a skeleton and died on June 9th, 2006. -
The Chinese Communist Party Has Broken up My Family and Caused the Deaths of My Husband and My Son
2006-07-08At noon on March 1st, 2000, a group of people, one after the other, came to our home three times. They intimidated, threatened, and mentally tortured us. My husband died the next day. On July 8th, 2005, Party personnel broke into my house. They ransacked all Dafa related materials and all valuables in my home. They cursed and beat me, a nearly 60-year-old woman. They injured my legs and pulled out several clumps of hair from my head. They detained me for 42 days. My not-yet-10-year-old grandson was left with nobody to look after him. -
Four Falun Dafa Practitioners from Jilin and Shandong Provinces and Tianjin City Died under Persecution
2006-07-08Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Boyi, 43 years old had been tortured since the end of 2003 up until 2004, when she finally died. Ms. Liu Boyi's older brother and the head of the 610 Office, Xiao Bin (male), arrested Ms. Liu Boyi and detained her in Yanji City Mental Hospital for two years. She was given various unknown drugs and was finally released when she became very weak. At that time, Ms. Liu Boyi said to her brother, "Brother, I do not have any mental illness. You should not cooperate with the wicked policemen to torture me." One month after she arrived back home, Ms. Liu was arrested by agents from the 610 Office and was tortured to death. -
Practitioner Wang Jianguo's Family Appeals for Wang's Death Case and Voices Grievance (Photo)

Wang Jianguo was arrested by the police on March 2nd, 2006. Forty days later, Wang Jianguo, only thirty years old, was tortured to death by the people of the First Detention Centre in Jilin City. The tragedy broke the hearts of Wang's family. In addition, they were very worried about Wang's wife who was also arrested at the same time as Wang Jianguo. She is now being held in the Heizuizi Forced Labour Camp. Wang's family appealed to upper levels of the public security system. However, staff told them freely, "Do you think we can possibly help you? How can we punish our insiders?" -
"Why Does My Mum Not Speak? Where Is My Daddy?"
2006-07-07There are two rooms in a home in the Shangjie District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province. In one of the rooms lies a woman in a vegetative state, and in the other room hangs a portrait of the woman's deceased brother. A little girl about four years old asked her grandfather, "Why does my mum not speak? Where is my daddy?" The elderly man could only cry. When Mr. Quan Peijun was arrested on January 11th, 2001, his wife was two months pregnant. -
Elderly Mr. Yuan Yuqi in Jilin Province Died as a Result of Persecution
2006-07-06In the middle of May 2006, police officials and the 610 Office went to 68-year-old Mr. Yuan Yuqi's home and asked him if he was still practising Falun Gong and his views about the book, Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. In addition, they pressured him to renounce Falun Gong. Seven years of continuous pressure and brutal persecution caused severe physical and psychological harm to Mr. Yuan, finally resulting in his death on June 13th, 2006. -
Thugs Liu Jie and Liu Jinhu from Weihai City 610 Office Brutally Injure Dafa Practitioners
2006-07-05In the brainwashing centre of the 610 Office, one time officer Liu Jinhu repeatedly beat a practitioner until the practitioner fell down. He asked the practitioner to get up and then beat the practitioner again until the practitioner could no longer stand. The practitioner said, "I won't get up. You are just going to beat me again." Liu said, "Who beat you? Who saw it?" Practitioner Ms. Tian Li was tortured by the iron chair, and because it was so painful, she moved on the iron chair and caused the chair to fall. As a result, Tian broke her neck and was paralysed. Tian was arrested by Liu Jie on May 22, 2002, and passed away on Feb 21st, 2005. She lived in excruciating pain during the last three years before her death. Liu Jie and Liu Jinhu are directly responsible for Tian's death. -
Personnel from Yantai 610 Office Plan to Cremate Ms. He Xiuling's Remains to Destroy Evidence of the Persecution
2006-07-04In 2003, officials from Yantai City 610 Office arrested Ms. He Xiuling in Wendeng City. She was imprisoned in the detention centre for a long time, where she suffered brutal torture. At 7:30 a.m. on March 11th, 2004 the authorities sent He Xiuling to the mortuary even though she was still alive and breathing. She was stripped below the waist and left to freeze in the mortuary. He Xiuling's husband, Falun Gong practitioner Xu Chengben, made a formal request to conduct an investigation on the actual cause of his wife's death. After some discussion an agreement with the operators of the mortuary was reached that no one had the right to dispose of He Xiuling's remains without Xu Chengben's consent.
