Guards at Majialong Forced Labour Camp Torture Elderly Dafa Practitioner Ms Tian Jinzhi to Near Death

On January 30, 2002, when Falun Dafa practitioner Ms Tian Jinzhi, over 50 years old, from Jiangxi Province clarified the facts about Falun Gong, police abducted her and interrogated her for forty-eight hours. During this time, they did not allow her to eat, drink, or use the toilet. On February 2, 2002, they held Ms. Tian in the detention centre and then sent her to Majialong Forced Labour Camp. Ms. Tian suffered from all kinds of tortures: merciless beatings, electric shock, forced bending from the waist, and prolonged standing with the front of her body pressed against a wall. -
Falun Dafa Practitioners Mr Xu Dongqun and Ms Zhou Yun Tortured to Death
2004-10-10Mr. Xu Dongqun was a 53-year-old Falun Dafa practitioner from Wuhan City, Hubei Province. On July 20, 1999, in order to say a good word for Falun Dafa, Mr. Xu went to Beijing to appeal. He was arrested and tortured multiple times. Unable to recover from the torture he underwent, he died on January 30, 2004. Ms. Zhou Yun was a Falun Dafa practitioner from Yichang City, Hubei Province, who was around 55 years old. She was tortured many times in her hometown, and was forced to become destitute and homeless in order to avoid being illegally arrested at home. She died outside Yichang City in October 2003. -
12-Year-Old Child's Mother Dies in the Persecution, Father Sentenced to Four Years in Prison
2004-10-10Zhu Meijuan was 38 years old when she died as a result of the persecution. At 5:00 a.m. on Sunday, March 14, 2004, police officers and the "610 Office" shouted and smashed the door, attempting to forcibly bring Zhu to the police department for interrogation. In order to escape Zhu climbed down the drainpipe, yet tragically fell to her death. Her husband, Zhou Zhaohua, is 40 years old. At the end of December 2001, he was abducted while at work for handing out truth-clarifying materials and illegally sentenced to four years. This has left their 12 year old daughter, Zhou Yingjie, an orphan. She now lives with her grandmother. -
48 Year Old Falun Dafa Practitioner Guan Shujie Dies As A Result of Persecution
2004-10-09Falun Dafa practitioner, Ms Guan Shujie from Heilongjiang Province was 48 years old. In April 2002, she was reported for distributing Falun Dafa truth clarifying materials, and sent to the Harbin Drug Rehabilitation Centre for persecution on April 29, 2002. She suffered two years of hardship at the Centre that caused her both untold mental and physical damage. She was released on January 1, 2004 in poor condition, and died on September 6, 2004, after enduring seven months of painful illness. -
Elderly Practitioner Ms Qin Kejing Tortured to Death during the 2003 Spring Festival Season
2004-10-08Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Qin Kejing from Inner Mongolia Autonomous District was in her 50's. She had been detained because she went to Beijing to appeal after July 20, 1999, and was sentenced to a labour camp in 2001. While in Huhhot City Womens Labour Camp, she was cruelly tortured by police and prisoners. In 2002, she was nearly tortured to death. The Labour Camp Administration was afraid of being held responsible for her death, and had her family take her home. She died during 2003 Spring Festival Holiday season. -
Belated News: Nan Chuyin from Hubei Province Tormented to Death - His Son Is in Critical Condition from Torture
2004-10-08Nan Xiaoqing and his family live in Hubei Province. They have remained steadfast in their belief in Falun Dafa, but because of that, Jiang's regime broke up their family. The father, Nan Chuyin, died in February 2001 as a result of the persecution. The mother and one of the two younger sisters were also illegally imprisoned numerous times. In addition, the other younger sister has been sentenced to six years in prison merely for distributing Falun Gong materials to clarify the truth to people. Nan Xiaoqing continues to be imprisoned long past the expiration of his term over a year ago. -
Several Falun Dafa Practitioners Die from Brutal Persecution in the Harbin Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province
2004-10-06The Harbin Women's Prison of Heilongjiang Province brutally tortures Falun Dafa practitioners. Ms. Wang Ying, Ms. Guo Meisong, and Ms. Qu Jie have been tortured to death there. In addition, Ms. Bi Yunting and Ms. Wang Fang were brutally tortured. At present, we do not know if they are still alive. Falun Dafa practitioners were detained for a long time in solitary confinement and brutally tortured. When the prison police force-fed practitioners they inserted dirty tubes into practitioners' throats for several days without taking them out. Practitioners Wang Ying and Guo Meisong died from lung infections caused by the unclean feeding tubes. Guo Meisong was tortured to death in May 2003. -
Eyewitness Account of the Torture Death of Mr Peng Min and the Lie That the TV Station Fabricated
2004-10-04Peng Min was tortured until he suffered a cervical vertebrate fracture, which caused the paralysis of his whole body. The police were in the next room for 24-hour monitoring. After being bedridden for so long without treatment, there was a large bedsore on his buttocks and the tissue had begun to deteriorate to the point that the bone could be seen. However, the police did not provide any medical treatment or nursing care and let the condition worsen. A policeman even said, "I hope it will be over soon so that we do not need to stay here and monitor everyday." -
Dr. Dong Cui Beaten to Death as Beijing Prison Management Bureau Encourages and Rewards Forced Brainwashing
2004-10-04An extra reward of 2000 yuan (later increased to 2500 yuan) will be given to any staff member who forces a Falun Gong practitioner to give up cultivation practice and betray his or her conscience. Dr Dong Cui was detained in Beijing Women's Prison and beaten savagely. When Ms. Dong became too weak to call out for help, a prison guard announced "almost enough now," but the prisoner who helped torment Ms. Dong said, "Not yet--we're going to take this to another level." Although she was rushed to hospital, she sadly died in March 2003. -
Belated News: 73 Year Old Falun Dafa Practitioner Jing Haizhang Died as a Result of the Persecution in 2002
2004-10-03Mr. Jing Haizhang, 73 years old, was a resident of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. On August 8, 2002, police arrested him as he was distributing Falun Dafa truth clarifying materials at Bitang Park. After being illegally detained in the police station for 48 hours, he was bailed out and fined 50,000 Yuan. Two weeks later, he passed away. -
55-Year-Old Jiangsu Province Practitioner Ms. Yang Meizhen Tortured to Death
2004-10-0255-year-old practitioner Ms. Yang Meizhen was from Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province. She suffered from persecution by police numerous times because she would not give up Falun Gong. In October 2002, she was sentenced for 4 years of "re-education through forced labour" and tortured to the brink of death. Although she was sent home she died from torture on July 22, 2004. -
More Information About the Murder of Falun Gong Practitioner Duan Shiqiong in Chengdu City Detention Centre
2004-10-02On September 16, 2003, Falun Gong practitioner Ms Duan Shiqiong was killed in a Chengdu City detention centre. When her husband was asked by the police to identify her body, he found that the body of his deceased wife was replaced with the body of an unknown woman in an attempt to cover up the fact that she was murdered. It has been one year since Falun Gong practitioner Duan Shiqiong was killed, yet her body still has not been found. The local authorities and police continue to persecute and create difficulties for her husband, and he cannot find justice. -
Further Details on Practitioner Mr Zhao Mingxiang's Death in Shandong Province
2004-10-02Zhao Mingxiang, from a village near Pingdu City, is a practitioner who was tortured to death. He was 46 years old. The local people all knew he was a good person. Because of his belief in Falun Gong, Qingdao City Public Security Bureau issued a warrant for his arrest. In order to avoid arrest he had been homeless for four years. On December 30, 2003, he died next to a haystack in a village. According to the villagers who saw his body, Zhao Mingxiang was wearing only one shoe and had no belt. (It is a police station rule to remove a detainee's belt). He was still breathing when he was found but died between 9 and 10 a.m. -

2004-10-01Before July 22, 1999, Tian Baobin received his second chance at life after cultivating Falun Dafa cured his heart disease. After July 22, 1999, Tian Baobin kept cultivating Falun Dafa, was sent to a labour camp and died by torture in the Changlinzi Labour Camp! The doctor in hospital said to his family that he died of a brain stem hemorrhage, but normally this kind of patient would have a pinkish brain, whereas Mr. Tian's brain was severely bruised and purple black in colour. -
People's Hospital in Chengdu City Participates in Killing Nearly Ten Falun Gong Practitioners (Photo)
2004-10-01The Qingyang District People's Hospital in Chengdu City, Sichuan Province has taken the initiative to systematically kill nearly ten Falun Gong practitioners by mistreatment. The hospital continues to illegally torment a number of practitioners. The responsibility of the hospital should be to heal the wounded and rescue the dying. However, Jiang's faction uses political influence, enticements of promotion, huge bonuses, etc. to intimidate and lead the cadres, doctors and nurses of the hospital. The hospital is thus compelled to follow the evil intentions of the Jiang regime, systematically persecuting illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners and killing them by "subtle means."
