The Truth about how Dafa Practitioner Shi Yueqin from Hainan Was Persecuted to Her Death
2004-06-29
Ms. Shi Yueqin, about 30 years old, lived in Wenchang City, Hainan Province, and was an employee at the Hainan Food Supplies Department. She started practising Falun Gong in 1997; after the persecution began, she too fell victim. At the Hainan Mental Hospital they injected her with a large amount of drugs that damage the nervous system, and as a result upon her return home she was severely disoriented. Tragically, on the morning of March 6, 2003, she jumped out of a building and died. -
Practitioner Ms. Feng Xiaomin from Shijiazhuang City, Dies Due to Persecution; Baby Now Motherless
2004-06-28Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Feng Xiaomin suffered severe persecution for practising Falun Gong. She was forced to leave home to avoid the relentless harassment and constant threat of arbitrary arrest by the authorities. She and her husband had a baby in 2002, which added extra mental pressure in such a difficult living situation. The chief of Police applied even more pressure on the couple. Under enormous mental pressure, her health deteriorated and she passed away on June 1, 2004. Her child is now only one year and 10 months old and hasn't even been permitted to obtain proper residency registration and identification. -
Retired Worker From Luoyang Glass Factory is Repeatedly Brainwashed, Jailed and Tortured -- Her Husband Dies From Sudden Stroke Right After Police Threaten Him
2004-06-28Ms. Cai Qiao, is 54 years old and a retired worker from the Luoyang Glass Factory. In February 2001, the "610 Office" and the glass factory Public Security Unit sent Cai Qiao to the Shibalihe Women's Labour Camp in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province and detained her for two years, only for practising Falun Dafa. She suffered relentless torture. To add to her pain her husband died suddenly from a stroke after he was threatened by a chief at Cai Qiao's workplace. -
What Dafa Practitioner Mr. Song Changguang Suffered Prior to his Death: Relentless Beatings and Electric Shock Torture
2004-06-27Mr. Song Changguang was 26 years old and lived near Dehui City. He was arrested in late 2000 for displaying a banner at Tiananmen Square and then he was sent to the Chaoyanggou Forced Labour Camp. After May 2001, Song Changguang developed scabies. His scabies spread all over his body, the damaged skin reaching as high as 60%. Once the blisters formed, the guards slapped the scabies to cause excruciating pain. After over a year of torture, Mr. Song, who was once healthy, had become skin and bones. When he was in a critical condition he was released, however he died on November 12, 2002. -
An Account Of the Death of Gynecologist and Pediatrician Mrs Dong Cuifang from Beijing
2004-06-26Ms. Dong Cuifang was from Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. She was a doctor. Her husband and her were arrested at the same time in 2001 for informing the public about the truth of Falun Gong. In 2002, they were both sentenced to five years in prison. Dong Cuifang died from the torture they subjected her to on March 19, 2004. She was only 28 years old at the time of her death. Prison police guard Xi Xuehui has had bad dreams every day since Dong Cuifang was tortured to death. She frequently wakes up from the nightmares. -
Dafa Practitioner Ms. He Xiuling of Yantai City Persecuted to Death - Updated News (Photos)
2004-06-2552 year old Ms. He Xiuling was a resident of Yantai City. Because she practised Falun Gong, Ms. He was abducted and taken to a forced brainwashing centre on September 1, 2003, where she suffered savage torture and thus became ill. She was sent to hospital. She refused to receive any injections, but the "610 Office" and the detention centre collaborated with the hospital to forcibly inject her with something, and punctured her spinal cord in the process. This caused Ms. He to die later. All these illegal activities were conducted without notifying her family members. -
Elementary School Teacher, Ms. Liu Yumin, Relentlessly Persecuted for Refusing to Renounce Falun Dafa; Her Husband Tortured to Death
2004-06-25Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Yumin suffered unspeakable tortures because she refused to give up Falun Dafa. Liu Yumin's husband Wu Yanshui was also a Dafa practitioner. Because he also refused to give up Dafa he was sent to a custody centre for long-term detention. Physical and mental torture on top of slave labour took its toll and passed away one month after his release. Later police arrested Liu Yumin again, in her underwear and barefoot, leaving home two young children. They tortured her until she was near death and became only skin and bones. -
Supplemental Facts about How Falun Dafa Practitioner Mr. Liu Jian Was Tortured to Death
2004-06-24Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Jian lived in Shandong Province. He was abducted and sent to a Labour Camp in Jinan City on March 2001 to serve a 3-year sentence. Because Mr. Liu persisted in his righteous belief in Falun Dafa and refused to be "transformed", the guards locked him separately in a small, dark, gloomy and damp cell. He suffered all kinds of tortures. On December 28, 2001 a prisoner called out said, "Terrible! Liu Jian jumped from a floor upstairs." According to information provided by insiders, Mr. Liu was pushed through a window in the toilet on the 3rd floor after he was already dead. -
Dafa Practitioner Ms. Luo Qiaohong Died as a Result of Persecution in Hunan Province
2004-06-24Ms. Luo Qiaohong was 28 years old and lived in Hunan Province. In October 2000, she went to Beijing with her family to appeal, and was arrested and detained in a Detention Centre. Her father and husband were sent to a forced labour camp, leaving no family members at home to care for her youngest daughter, who was less then one year old. The family had to sell the pigsty to pay 14,000 yuan in fines, yet they still didn't have enough money. Luo Qiaohong was no longer able to withstand the mental pressure, physical torture, and extreme financial difficulty. She died shortly after she was released on December 5, 2001. -

2004-06-24On April 27, 2004, another precious life left this earth. She lost her life for speaking the truth. She lived by the principles "Truthfulness-Compassion- Tolerance". Her name is Ms. Wang Xiuyuan, a citizen of Shenyang City. Some practitioners who were detained at the same time as her in a Labour Camp disclosed that she suffered cruel physical and mental torture. She was not allowed to sleep, was beaten severely, suffered unspeakable physical punishment, and was forced to do hard labour. She was not released until April 19, 2004 and was near death upon her release. On April 27, 2004, one week later she passed away. -
Primary School Teacher Ms. Li Huiping's Family is Destroyed Due to the Persecution
2004-06-23Ms. Li Huiping, a primary school teacher in Yunnan Province was forced to leave her job in 2002 and was illegally sentenced to two years of forced labour. The day after she was arrested her husband Bao Weiyuan was ordered to sign a "Notice for Interrogation." Mr. Bao refused and said, "You arrested and detained my wife for no reason, which infringes upon the fundamental human rights of a citizen and violates the Constitution." About ten days later he was found dead at home. Now, her only son, who suffers from several illnesses, is left at home and nobody is taking care of him. -
Review of the Facts: Beijing Police Officers Interfered in the Funeral of Zhao Xin and Arrested Photographers
2004-06-22"One day in late December of 2000, I received the information about the funeral of practitioner Zhao Xin. I rushed to the Babaoshan Cemetery. A number of police vehicles were also parked in the cemetery. There were plainclothes policemen all over the place. Over a thousand practitioners failed to enter. Whoever attempted to enter the cemetery was quickly grabbed by the police officers and thrown into the big bus that was waiting there and later driven away. It turned out that the authorities told Zhao's family that no personal review of Zhao Xin was allowed. -
Dafa Practitioner Ms. Jing Shuhua from Jilin Province Dies as a Result of Persecution
2004-06-21Dafa practitioner Jing Shuhua was a 56-year-old lady from Yanji City, Jilin Province. On the morning of April 29, 2004, the police ransacked her home and took her away. After her arrest, the police would not allow her family members to visit her. Even when later her family heard she had a relapse of her heart problem and wanted to send in some medicine and clothes, the police still refused to let the family see her, nor did they give the medicine to her. On May 25, Jing Shuhua was released but she was already on the verge of death. Jing Shuhua passed away early on the morning of May 27. -
26 Verified Deaths from Torture During May 2004
2004-06-20According to statistics from Clearwisdom.net, 26 innocent Falun Gong practitioners were verified to have died as a result of persecution in police custody during the month of May, 2004. This caused the total death count of Falun Gong practitioners to reach 973. The 26 deaths from torture are from 15 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities nationwide, including Hebei (5), Liaoning (4), Jilin (3), Gansu (2), Sichuan (2), and one each from Henan, Guizhou, Shanxi, Hunan, Chongqing, Hainan, Guangdong, Hubei, Shandong, and Xinjiang. -
More Details on the Torture Death of Zhao Guoan at Labour Camp in Xuchang City
2004-06-20Mr. Zhao Guoan was tortured to death in a Labour Camp in Xuchang City. It was some time before Falun Gong practitioners learned of his death because the news was blocked and a report was released saying that Zhao Guoan had been sent home because he was sick . According to two prisoners, Zhao Guoan was tied to a chair with his hands behind is back and his feet bound for three days. Two days later, the two prisoners said that he had been sent home. We never saw Zhao Guoan again after he was dragged out the workshop.
