Live demonstrations of the torture methods used to force Falun Gong practitioners to renounce their beliefs graphically showed the daily horrors suffered by practitioners in China. Passersby were shocked by the brutality of the scenes and the depiction of torture victims on the posters and banners was able to touch even the most hardened of hearts. -
Switzerland: Exposing the Persecution with an Information Stall

Many of the tourists and locals were shocked that such brutal violations of human rights are happening in China today. Pictures of re-enactments of the methods of torture used in attempts to force Falun Gong practitioners to give up their belief were instrumental in driving home the extent of the cruel persecution to all those visiting the booth. -

France: People of Marseille Offer Many Encouraging Messages of Support for Efforts to End the Persecution

December the 10th was World Human Rights Day. The France-China Friendship Association and the French Falun Gong Association took advantage of this occasion to jointly hold a one-day petition signature collection activity in France’s second largest city, Marseille. Over eight hundred people signed a petition and wrote down many encouraging messages of support. -

Sweden: Falun Gong Practitioners Invited to Participate in an Anti-Torture Parade Organised by Amnesty International

On World Human Rights Day, 10th December, Amnesty International Gothenburg branch held an anti-torture parade and a candlelight vigil. Falun Gong practitioners from Gothenburg and the surrounding cities were invited to take part in the parade.This is the third time that Falun Gong practitioners have taken part in these activities. -

After finding out that over 1,100 Falun Gong practitioners have lost their lives in the five-year campaign of genocide happening in China, many people came forward on their own initiative to sign the petition calling for an end to these human rights abuses. -
Spain: Falun Gong gets a Big Welcome at the National Health Expo

From the 4th to the 7th of November, at the 20th National Health Exposition held in Madrid, the Falun Gong stall attracted many people from all over the country in all professions. Many people came to Falun Dafa’s exhibition table to ask for information or to watch and learn the exercises. The “Introduction to Falun Dafa” meeting got a big welcome from all the visitors. -
Germany: Appealing Against the Persecution on World Human Rights Day in Frankfurt

Practitioners gathered on World Human Rights Day to appeal to the Chinese Government to stop the persecution against Falun Gong. A large number of passers-by signed a petition calling for the immediate release of Xu Youlin, mother of a German practitioner who is being detained in Beijing’s Female Forced Labour Camp for practising Falun Gong. -
Sweden: Falun Gong at Gothenburg's Way of Life and Health Expo

The Falun Gong display attracted lots of people. They came to the booth one by one and signed a petition calling for an end to the persecution. A reporter from a local radio station interviewed a practitioner, mainly about the benefit that Falun Gong can bring to people’s minds and moral character, as well as the Chinese Communist regime’s persecution of Falun gong practitioners.
